That honestly made me want to come back and support them even more, especially for such a special occasion weekend. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing. Instead of feeling welcomed and appreciated as a returning customer, the whole appointment felt rushed. Having my nails done while getting a pedicure at the same time completely took away the relaxing experience a pedicure is supposed to be. The prices and add-on fees were also excessive. It seemed like there was an upcharge for everything, plus heavy pressure toward builder gel and larger tips. I don't mind paying for quality work or tipping generously when the experience matches the cost, but this visit simply did not. What salons need to understand is this is exactly how you lose good-paying, loyal customers. Most people don't mind spending money when they feel valued, relaxed, and receive quality service. But when customers leave feeling rushed, overcharged, and pressured, they usually don't return. If a salon is truly trying to grow its business, consistency, customer care, and making clients feel appreciated matters just as much as the work itself.

I waited about 15 minutes before they were ready for me. The pedicure itself is standard to most others you would get. Where they stand out and charge a bit more for is the massage you get afterwards. You have to leave your pedicure chair and go into a different part of the salon where you sit in a recliner to receive your 20 minute foot and leg massage. I did enjoy this portion of the service. I just wish they could have also finished the polish there also, but instead, you have to the go back up front to the pedicure chair for the polish. The place is clean and well staffed. I'm not sure it would be my normal go-to place, but I would go back and would recommend.
