We appreciate their flexibility and availability, as we do not have to schedule appointments months in advance. We have even had more than one situation in which we had to bring our animals in unexpectedly, and each time they were quick to call back and were able to get us in within hours. The turnaround time for the testing we have gotten has also been incredibly quick (usually within hours) and we appreciate how thorough they are when they explain findings, options, etc. They truly seem focused on providing the highest quality of care without the fear of bankruptcy. It never feels like they are trying to sell you on something to increase their profits rather, they are transparent about pricing and often recommend the less is more approach and what options can be explored/tried before jumping to the most expensive interventions right off the bat and each time, their recommended interventions have been spot on in addressing our pets' needs. Dr. Weiss' straight to the point approach really eases your anxiety, because he focuses on the symptoms and presentation and what can concretely be done rather than allowing you to let your mind get the best of you or worrying yourself with all the what if's. There was absolutely no grooming equipment, just an exam table. all I had needed was all 3 animals nails clipped. the doctor suggested they could sedate my dog if she was fussy. she is 25 pounds and 14, I told him I am not going to have you sedate a 14 year old dog for a nail clipping she could die, to which he shrugged and said it's always a possibility. I should have left then. the receptionist and he proceeded to forcibly hold my dog down sideways and roughLy snip her nails with the oldest clipper on earth. I truly feel guilty I let this happen and I don't write reviews but I don't want this to happen to someone else. they then charged me 180 for nail clipping the three animals. I asked why, to which the receptionist told me for the pre exam. he did not exam them, merely weighed them that's all he did. and she told me they do this every time. so not only brutal, but a completely dis honest business.

I was very pleased with how gentle the groomer was and how beautifully he trimmed my two dogs and clipped their nails without any stories about how squirmy and impatient my boy, Oscar, was! My girl-Prudence-has a lame hind leg which hurts her if lifted or handled the wrong way. The groomer was so gentle with and loving toward her. The fee is reasonable and they accept check, credit or Zelle and of course, cash. The mobile grooming van is not massive and fit perfectly in my parking spot.
