We had a wonderful experience, we were treated well, our dog was treated well, the hook was removed and she was back to being a happy vacationing dog in a matter of hours. Instead of addressing my sick dog or confirming my appointment she decided to spend the time arguing with me about as she put it she had only been placing me repeatedly on hold for 21 minutes according to her. In the time she decided to spend arguing with me about how long she had been repeatedly putting me on hold she could have more than confirmed my sick dogs appointment. I needed a caring regular Vet in the area what I got was an uncaring argumentative person who likes leaving people on hold. I'd rather drive all the way to Penngrove to my dogs regular Vet that actually cares about pets and their owners than deal with this kind of crap. I saw the bad reviews this place has gotten from pet owners when I came to leave my review. I can understand why now and I didn't even make it there because of a rude uncaring individual who probably shouldn't be answering phones for anyone. Feel free to call me Clearlake Vet.
