Jeremy and Jennifer went out of their way to take care of our daughter, after she broke down on I35, an hour and a half from OKC on a Saturday night. Jeremy talked us through what the potential problem might have been from the description given. They waited up until the tow truck dropped off the car, and our daughter, at 1 am, checking in as the night went on until she got there. Jeremy began work on Sunday and kept in touch with phone calls, pictures and thorough descriptions. He even called our daughter to keep he aware of the car's progress too. I was astounded when the car was ready for pick up on Wednesday and at a fair cost - no price gouging. Jeremy does excellent work and not only knows what he's doing, he really enjoys it. We paid $4,000 for engine…read morereplacement and vehicle still has issues (have taken back numerous times only to get vehicle back with something else wrong). First when vehicle was returned us after engine replacement the a/c no longer worked (or held Freon) and still had same issues with hesitations and problems in engine. Was also told it would cost $300 to repair hose for a/c and Freon. Second time taken in for same issues we were told the mechanic had checked it and there was nothing wrong (have recording of phone calls) vehicle had white smoke coming from tailpipe and vehicle was overheating (even left me stranded on highway, vehicle would not hold water or coolant). Needless to say Connie and Jack's Auto Service have been unwilling to honor warranty and repair things that have been caused from engine repair. We took the vehicle to another certified mechanic shop (dealership) and so far have been informed of a misfire on cylinder 4 (old misfire on cylinder 6) and now (since the vehicle has been a paperweight killing grass) the hoses were not connected correctly when engine was replaced (which will cost another $1,050 at a dealership, not to mention the $300 to fix a/c, before they can check the rest of the "repair work" done by Jack's Auto Service). This vehicle has been very costly because "repairs" done by Jack's Auto Service and has left us without our vehicle (or stranded) since April 2020.

Look. They wont blatenly screw you. But im not 100% sure they know what they are doing…read more My fuel pump died. They put in a new one. In doing so, they screwed up my gague for my gas tank, and i ran out of gas before my car started yelling at me. Also, there was an extremely strong odor of gas that i needed them to fix. The good news is they only charged me once. I went back to them multiple times to have them completely fix what was going on because my check engine light continued to turn on a few days after they fixed my car. The last time i was in, saying my engine light came on again and i still smell gas, im pretty sure they just turned off the check engine light and said they cant smell anything. Well my light turned on later, and the gas was noticable to my 7 year old daughter. So they did nothing. I decided to take it to a different shop. They said the gas smell was from a leak caused by a damaged gas tank. They suspect the tank was damaged from taking the fuel pump in and out. Aka. City express damaged my tank. So now im paying for it to be fixed.... again. Rest assured, i will pay extra to have my car towed exactly where i want it, and will not be going back here again. 2 stars because they were mostly nice (even if they seemed annoyed) and only charged me once.

Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they…read morecalled me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums.
