James Freeman really helped me save some money and did it quick too! I initially had two classic cars that he helped me insure and was very happy with the insurance. Fast forward to now, I have a new driver to the family and my rates went sky high!! James helped me update my coverage with increased liability by 150k and still saved me $1200 per year on my auto policy! I ended up moving my home insurance with him and opening up an Umbrella policy. Even with the addition of the brand new umbrella policy which most people that own a home should have, I'm still saving money on my previous annual insurance costs by $400. Do yourself a favor and give James a call if you have any insurance needs.

He was very prompt to answer my questions and even communicated with me via text for most of the transaction. (I really don't like talking on the phone) His pricing was fair and offered great coverage and it was nice to be able to communicate directly with a person when I was shopping for insurance. The best part was that he was able to get me coverage for both of my vehicles in the same day! All of the other "Big Name" companies kept telling me they needed 15 days to check with their underwriters. That info was directly from their websites. When I tried to call in to one company to ask to speed up the process I was told by a recording that they don't sell insurance over the phone anymore. (I'll give you one guess). I'm happy to support Friendly Guy Insurance after he supported my family's need for timely, quality insurance coverage today.

He did respond to the first email and let us know he could get a less expensive rate after collecting all of my personal information again. He said he was submitting for approval and would let me know when it was all set to go. About a week went by and then he sent an email asking for payment and I let him know I'd like it auto drafted as all of our previous payments were. He said he had to resubmit for approval and he would know in a few days. A week went by with no response-- I emailed again and he said he would know by the next day. Another week went by with no response. I emailed AGAIN and this time he didn't bother responding at all. After 4 weeks, I went ahead and found a new plan on my own and cancelled my previous plan. Terrible service -- he definitely is not doing his job.
