You'll understand. My first experience with State Farm and Willie was shopping for rental insurance. I'd never had insurance for anything aside from vehicles and work benefits, so it was a little overwhelming. What coverage do I need, what does the coverage actually entail, and what's a good deal for the right kind of coverage? Well, I had no idea. I lucked out being helped by Willie, who had all the answers I needed. Not only did he have answers, but he had patience. Every detail about the policy lead to more questions, and Willie answered them all happily. I was beyond please with my initial experience, but still, as many of us do, I still wanted to shop around and see what else was out there. I thanked Willie for his time and help, and he thanked me for the opportunity and asked if he could follow up with me. Of course! I appreciated that kind of service. Well, he didn't have to follow up. Two calls to competing agencies and all they did was make State Farm and Willie look better and better. One company was a little cheaper, but the agent was no where near as knowledgeable or helpful. I'd happily pay more for better service, and that is exactly what I was getting. Willie won my business and I felt great about it. I was excited about purchasing insurance - think about that for a minute. Two years later, and State Farm has insured my home, my belongings, even my wedding! Recently I reached out to Willie by email after having not spoken in awhile. I was hoping to get a response by the next day, but instead I got one within 20 minutes. I don't "shop" for insurance any more. Could I find a cheaper policy from a company I've never heard of? It's possible. But when it comes to protecting my home and the things I care about, I don't want cheap - I want someone I can trust. For me, that's Willie and State Farm.

The insurance Adjuster sent my car to a completely different body shop from where we asked him to take it. We have a leased vehicle and needed it to go to the car dealer that we leased the vehicle through. He got an estimate that was 8K lower from what our body shop quoted. Now we are waiting for the insurance company to get back to us and still nothing. The insurance adjuster is rude and does not answer our questions. Stay away from Integrity/Grange insurance.

I was not notified of a premium increase and had no reason to expect one considering I hadn't had any recent violations or collisions to warrant the change. The insurance carrier found an old violation and back-billed me for months past that were paid at a lower premium. I only found this out when a surprise deduction of nearly $800.00 was taken from my checking account. I overlooked this incident after BLS supposedly canceled my auto pay claiming so I would have better control of the policy and amount deducted each month. Not the case. Two months later after paying by phone for a month and believing my auto pay had been canceled I received another suprise deduction of nearly $400, double my monthly premium. I wrote BLS an email expressing my frustration with the charges and requested they cancel my services. I never received an explanation for the charge or an apology just a statement that they had canceled my auto pay previously and would cancel my policy and I would be refunded the amount paid for future months. *UPDATE- I have since received letters from a collection agency stating that I have $250 in unpaid premium owed to the carrier. Incompetency all around BLS.
