We were still holding out for Cheryl thinking that the carrier she was using was different. I finally called and learned the insurance carrier who was going to take this policy was the SAME. One broker agent got it quoted and approved in 2 hours. She took more and a week and we finally just left and went with the other agent when we found out that it was the SAME carrier. We never did get it approved through her even though she had a week longer to do it. Would absolutely not recommend.

I'm not sure what kind of business can get away with telling a customer TWICE that something is covered and then just randomly backing out at the last second but it's certainly not one that I'll continue giving my money to. Now I have the pleasure of spending the day searching for new auto insurance because this isn't a matter of policy, it's a matter of failing to deliver on a promise that was made by TWO different employees and a "manager" stepping in and reneging at the last second.
