This company is really great! I have used them for my own properties as well as for many of my clients home purchases. I always reccomend them as a mortgage loan officer. read more

Poor Service. I called this firm 6 times to get a homeowners quote for my Temecula home. Nobody ever answers the phone. The last 3 times I left my phone number for a call back. Several days later I got a text back with a link to an online insurance application, which I filled out and requested quotes from specific companies that they represent. Instead I got a quote from a no name company at a very high price compared to my other inquiries. I gave them a chance to earn my business because of their good reviews here on Yelp, but they blew it. Not worth the trouble. I'll look elsewhere. read more

Would leave a 0 star if it was an option. This insurance company used to be great but there has been a significant change in the last year. I am a MLO that referred a large portion of my business here, so I have had a lot of communication with many companies and brokerages. Old Harbor takes the cake for the worst internal communication. They have a serious problem with internal and external communication. This has led to many cases of potential lapsed policies for my borrowers. If you have a policy here or were considering one, I would advise to look elsewhere, or you may find out only when you need insurance old Harbor has dropped the ball somewhere. read more

20 STARS! Carlo and his team are AMAZING. Long story short, got a new truck and somehow forgot to insure it. My wife and kids were taking that vehicle on a road trip, leaving at 7:30 am. That same morning I realized the lack of insurance issue. I text Carlo at 5:30 am. He responded immediately and had it insured by the time they left at 7:30 am. What else can I say? Absolutely amazing crew and service. read more

Christian is a serious and yet friendly insurance agent. Hey listens well and then finds the best policies and products for his clients. We had our home and vehicle insurance through a well known insurance and banking company for over 20 years. One day three years ago, Christian walked into our office and shared his knowledge, products, and his experience with us, in person, and we switched to Old Harbor within two weeks. Christian did two things that out previous big company never did: 1) He listened to us and then provided the best products that were great for us, and 2) He sat across the table from us to engage in conversation instead of us dialing an 800 number and waiting on hold to speak with a different person every time. Christian is a wonderful and trustworthy professional agent and I recommend him to everyone who asks. read more

We have carried our auto insurance with another local insurance broker for the last 6 years. Our recent insurance policy renewal increased almost $600.00 so we contacted our broker to shop around for better pricing. After several days of waiting for a return call and new quote, we were informed that they couldn't find a better policy or price for us. Thankfully we contacted Kevin Smith and Christian Richter and not only did they save us the $600.00, they handled everything quickly and efficiently via phone and email. Excellent customer service and professionalism by both Kevin and Christian sold us and we are now new clients of Old Harbor Insurance. read more
