Poor Service. I called this firm 6 times to get a homeowners quote for my Temecula home. Nobody ever answers the phone. The last 3 times I left my phone number for a call back. Several days later I got a text back with a link to an online insurance application, which I filled out and requested quotes from specific companies that they represent. Instead I got a quote from a no name company at a very high price compared to my other inquiries. I gave them a chance to earn my business because of their good reviews here on Yelp, but they blew it. Not worth the trouble. I'll look elsewhere. read more

I am a MLO that referred a large portion of my business here, so I have had a lot of communication with many companies and brokerages. Old Harbor takes the cake for the worst internal communication. They have a serious problem with internal and external communication. This has led to many cases of potential lapsed policies for my borrowers.
