Turns out my employer was able to add spouse and daughter on my work insurance policy. I attempted to cancel the policy before it went into effect at the end of 2024. However, I was told nothing could be done because of the holiday and I would have no problems on Thursday1/2/25. After multiple transfers, dropped calls and runaround I was told the policy could be canceled but not refunded. I will complain to the California Department of insurance. I was told by CDI there's a 10 day grace period and I should get reimbursed/refund refunded.

Dead batteries, locked keys in the car, and many tows. I've had to have cars towed several times. Once from the side of the busy 163 freeway. Once from Monrovia to the local Acura dealer. We also use their DMV services, which is so convenient. Big thumbs up for this service! We have used their travel agents too. I prefer using their travel agent in the Murrieta location, who doesn't have an attitude. I guess that's the reason for four stars versus five stars. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints about the service at this Temecula location
