The concept is great, there's a small menu with some daily specials and a few regular dishes. Besides the food they have special coffee blends and excellent drinks. Unfortunately the quality of both the service and the food is neither good nor consistent. Hopefully they'll improve things eventually, but for now three stars is the best they deserve.
