Wow! 5 Stars for a super quick turnaround and great customer service…read more I've been looking for a new printer since my last one flaked on me for an important order recently (grrrr) and after checking Yelp, I found Sir Speedy. It's conveniently located in Downtown Orlando, so perfect for picking up a rush order. Shari answered the phone and helped me with questions I had about placing a printing order for the next day. This order included regular 8.5x11 printing as well as large foam board, full color printing. It was a bit complicated and required some follow-up calls between me and Shari to get the bleeds right, but she was a dream to work with the whole way through. Overall, I'm a sucker for great service with a smile and a laugh and that's what I got with Sir Speedy. That, and reasonable prices on a quick order means I'll be using them again soon!

The following is a true story. My organization recently held our annual retreat. Each year we give…read morethree different "employee of the year" types of awards. This year, one of the awards was given to a most deserving, sweet, brilliant, and extremely brave team member who is terminally ill. After setting the table with the three awards for the recognition ceremony, one of the awards was accidentally broken. The ceremony was to take place in less than one (1) hour. To make matters worse, it was the award that was to be given to the terminally ill team member. The sister of this awardee was coming to the ceremony to accept the award. I could not give a broken award to the sister of a dying friend and colleague. I just could not do it!! In tears I called Lisa and the One Day Masterpieces team to explain the situation; they dropped everything to help us. Thankfully they had an extra award identical to the one which was broken. One of my teammates immediately went to their shop, and they quickly had it ready for us. The new award was in hand before the ceremony started. The sister of the awardee was very touched by the award. This loving gesture of One Day Masterpieces more than secured my upmost loyalty. Because of the ice and severe weather that hit the Atlanta area Friday, Jan. 6, the overnight shipment from a vendor in Marietta of a tabletop banner for her booth was still stuck at the Roswell UPS facility on Monday with no hint of activity. I researched hours, services and reviews for sign and banner vendors near the venue. Fastsigns South Orlando rose to the top. Late on Monday, I emailed them after hours explaining my need for an estimate to print a replacement banner for pickup on Tuesday. Impressed when I got a quick response and a fair quote, I thanked them and informed my client so that, if needed, we could quickly act in the a.m. As it turned out UPS did get the package back in transit and it was delivered Tuesday morning, and Jenny at Fastsigns South Orlando was gracious when I informed her. FSO was responsive, professional and ready to come to my rescue. They are now in my Outlook Contacts for any future need that may arise when our staff attend conferences in Orlando.
