Strike Iron is a total savior to the website challenged business owner. I wanted to take my online…read morepresence to the next level and they helped me to achieve that quickly, efficiently and at a fair price. Even though my website is complete, I still plan to keep them on board for monthly maintenance and as my online advertising gurus. I'm very happy with my investment and here's why: 1. At Strike Iron, they're "big picture" people, so they helped me to see past the initial setup and really think through how I can make the website best work for me and my client base. The end result; it's simple yet intuitive, pretty yet practical. 2. They don't create cookie-cutter sites. Each client is unique and they help you to create a site that is exclusively unique to your business. 3. They're local! This is such a basic advantage to list, but it's major. No 1-800 numbers to call, or waiting 48 hours for a response. Their customer service is above and beyond and I never have to wait to get my issues resolved. Not to mention, I love that I'm supporting a local Austin business like my own. If you're looking for a personal touch and a custom website at a price you can afford as a small business owner, then look no further.

I am so amazed with the service I have received from Alex at Strike Iron. When I've talked to other…read morecompanies in the past to help me re-build my website I never got the feeling this is the right company. So after a while of searching for the right company I gave up, settled for the site I created, and was going to wait some time before I considered it again. As time passed, I've been solicited by many companies through my website contact form from places such as India, California, and other random places I never heard of. Every email was the same and generic. "We promise the best SEO, We can help you achieve your goals, ect." If you're a business owner and have a website online, you've seen the emails. Well one day, Alex reached out to me. The email was completely different and personal. From reading his email I could tell he took the time out to really look at my site and give honest feedback on how he can improve my site for my industry. I was impressed and called him to learn more about his services. After talking with him, I was interested enough to meet and explore the possibilities of a new website. Once I met Alex, I knew he was the guy for the job. He was extremely prepared, well educated on my industry, and truly listened to my wants and needs. After listening to my needs and wants he asked many detailed questions to make sure we were on the same page. After our meeting, I knew he was the guy for the job, he was more detailed than I was and had passion about what he does. He gave me an upfront timeline for the project, an accurate estimate for the work performed, and was very clear with what he needed to get going. Through the entire process, I received updates and rough drafts, I was never in the dark. He followed his timeline accurately and was able to launch the website on the date promised. My website is the best in the industry and without hesitation I would hire Alex all over if I had to do it again. Whether you have an existing site like mine or need a new one, he is the guy you want to hire. Trust Me.
