Actually after we paid the set up fee, they called 3 weeks later to try and get me to pay another set up fee (forgetting that they were already working with us!) I have written documentation stating what I wanted done with this site and it was not completed. I finally spoke with the owner, Don, and he said he would not help me out and that I was taking money from his employee's by asking not to pay the remaining balance! I was STILL willing to pay the monthly fee! He told me to make a decision and hung up on me. I do NOT recommend anyone use this company. I may be the first yelp review but check out the bbb.
