She is helpful, honest, lively, and down to earth. Honestly restores my faith in brokers again. She put up with endless emails and after hour phone calls with a sparkling attitude. I wish there were more I could do to promote her because she is amazing. She helped me find and secure a beautiful 1br in a brownstone for under $2,000... that is a miracle in NYC. So grateful! You will not be disappointed. If you want a drab and slimy broker just looking to make some money off your desperation, then find someone else.

I had great experience working with Jasmine both as a buyer and later as a seller…read more She first helped me purchase a one-bedroom apartment in Chelsea in 2020 during the pandemic and negotiated a very good price. Since the apartment was purely an investment property, Jasmine also helped rent it out over the past few years. Each time it was listed, it was rented quickly and at strong rents. This year I decided to sell the apartment, and Jasmine once again did an excellent job. She generated multiple offers within a month, and we were able to sell the apartment very close to the asking price. Jasmine has a strong understanding of the market and excellent negotiation skills. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell, or invest in New York real estate.

He never gave up on us and worked within our budget, even when other real estate agents said it was impossible to find a home at that price. Throughout the search, my father and I genuinely enjoyed going to see homes with Sanjeev. As first-time homebuyers, we were unfamiliar with the process, but he guided us step by step and made everything easy to understand. He connected us with the right lender and attorney and kept us updated throughout every stage of the process. Sanjeev was incredibly organized. When we visited homes, he had everything planned and arranged by neighborhood, which made our search much smoother. He also worked around our schedules since we were both working, and he was always patient, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did not rush us into making a decision. Instead, he treated the search as if he were buying the home for himself, making sure it was the right fit for us. Even when he was busy, he was always responsive and made time to answer our questions. I confidently recommend him to friends and family. It is rare to find someone as honest and trustworthy as Sanjeev, especially when it comes to such an important life investment like buying a home.

We cannot recommend Karin Carson highly enough…read more In short, Karin is extremely knowledgeable, strategic, hard working, an excellent communicator, wonderfully CREATIVE and resourceful. We started looking for a house in Montclair, Glen Ridge, Maplewood, and South Orange areas around Jan 2021. We initially worked with another agent who was local to Montclair, reputable and experienced in that market, however, after 4 months we did not get anywhere. Spring 2021 was a tough competitive market that was getting worse every week. We decided to look for another agent as we felt we needed an extra edge. We feel so lucky to have found Karin in our search. From the first telephone chat, it was obvious she is a top-notch agent, intelligent with great intuition. She is very analytical in her approach and the market analysis. Karin has a knack for knowing with great accuracy the likely sale price of each house we saw, which was very difficult in a housing market that was moving so fast (we know she is accurate because in retrospect, all the houses were sold very close to what she estimated). Karin is also very responsive and caring. We felt really disappointed, thinking of quitting our search after 5 months of failure with our previous agent. But after reaching out to her, she encouraged us on. Just after 6 weeks of working with Karin, she helped us buy our dream home! Another thing Karin is so wonderful with is her recommendations on reputable agents/companies to help with the process. For every job (e.g inspection, electrician, homeowner's insurance agencies, designers etc) she gave us multiple recommendations and each one we chose turned out to be as wonderful as her. Please do yourself and your family a favor and go with the best in the business.

We knew from the first phone call we had with her that she was an excellent realtor; for example, we went into the call with 10 towns in mind, and Karin asked us targeted questions to help us zero in on our priorities and narrow our list. She then followed that up with her market analysis and in-person tours of our top communities. We recently closed on our first home and are so happy with it! We would highly recommend Karin to anyone looking to buy or sell!

My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Ian recently…read more During our NYC real estate journey (4+ years), we met many "characters" -- most of whom demonstrate why the NYC real estate industry has earned such a poor reputation. Ian was the complete opposite. He is smart, talented, hardworking, trustworthy, high-integrity, kind, thoughtful, and incredibly effective at his job. Our new tenants also raved about Ian's proactive, trustworthy, and candid nature. If you're looking to sell your property, buy a new property, or rent property, I couldn't recommend Ian highly enough. He is meticulous in his role and builds/values relationships with his clients. We would never think of working with anyone other than Ian in our future NYC real estate endeavors. If we could rate Ian more than 5 stars we would.

Ian truly goes above and beyond, and we couldn't have asked for a better agent. As first time home buyers coming from out of state, we had A LOT of questions, not very concrete ideas for what we wanted / where we wanted to be, and quite inflexible schedules. Ian was so patient with us from the very beginning and provided extremely comprehensive answers to our questions as well as great advice to guide us in our search. You can tell that he is very experienced and incredibly knowledgeable about the NYC housing market. During the couple times we were able to visit NYC, Ian was able to accommodate our schedules and spent days taking us all over Manhattan to explore different condo options and different neighborhoods to help us get a better idea of what we're looking for and where we want to focus our search. When we were not in NYC (before and after our visits), Ian stayed in touch with us constantly via phone and email. He really took the time to understand our needs/criteria, answer every single question, recommend listings, prepare us for in-person visits and next steps, and even visited condos on our behalf to take pictures for us. Ian is experienced, responsive, trustworthy, easy to work with, and altogether outstanding. We would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking to buy in NYC.

June kept our spirits up as we kept on losing bid after bid, never pressuring us to just bid higher! Finally we won a bid, with a slightly higher offer than we had been making up to that point together with a lot of subtle contract terms that June finessed to give us an edge. That was just the beginning, as she kept on pushing for favorable conditions for the final sale, and coordinating the endless supply of additional activities before closing. Although it was our first time buying a house, we were probably significantly above-average in our overall preparation and research of market conditions. Even with all this, there were many things that we were not aware of that June was very familiar with. She did much more for us than we could have reasonably expected, we were very lucky to have her as our agent. She really took care of us. There is no way we could have gotten that kind of attention from one of the big commercial agencies.

MyGradPad posted an apartment on facebook that looked to be exactly what I wanted, so I sent over an email and got a response almost immediately. Brittny, the owner of the company and the broker, scheduled a time for me to visit the apartment within 24 hours. The apartment is beautiful and I couldn't be happier. Brittny was extremely flexible with scheduling meetings and responded to emails, texts, phone calls very promptly. She made what could have been a very stressful process into an enjoyable one! My only complaint would be that once I was approved for the lease, I wasn't given much information or direction on the move-in process.
