Not only did he come out and scotch guard our sectional before we even used it at all, but now even many years later I can say that it is completely free of stains and looks no different than when we bought it after a simple cleaning, and that is a miracle because we have 3 dogs and one husband who isn't very careful while snacking on the furniture lol! Anthony is friendly, trustworthy, and professional and he gave us an estimate ahead of time so there were no surprises as far as cost and it is well worth the investment and has dramatically extended the life of our sectional which save us money overall!! I was really excited to get my carpet cleaned by this company after reading others' reviews. The…read morecarpet at my complex is old, highly-trafficked, and no other cleaner - of the usual wand sort - has been able to improve the appearance. I was especially concerned about one large stain in particular - from spilled Spite - that was right in the middle of the floor, as well as my small area rug, which had some traffic stains. After talking with the young fellow who showed up for my estimate, I was willing to accept that there were certain spots that were just old and unfixable. It's an apartment, and I'm by no means the first tenant, so I get it. However, he gave me plenty of hope that the rest of it was going to come out great. It did not. Whether it was a pre-treating issue or something else, I'm not sure. All I know is that my carpet is no more improved than after the average wand carpet cleaning job, the soda stain is as giant and visible as ever, and the area rug is only marginally improved. That being said, there was also a NEW stain created where the edge of the rug was, which is especially disappointing. I specifically moved the rug there for easy cleaning, and that spot wasn't it's permanent home, so moving the rug back to its usual place means that the new stain is VERY visible. Kudos to the gentleman who followed up with me and heard my concerns via phone; however, when you tell me that you will see what you can do to make the situation right, I expect a second follow-up. Instead, I'm simply out the money, and probably not going to get my security deposit back from my complex.

We were happy to schedule Extra Clean Cleaning to clean our house, as well as I to the future bi-weekly. They discussed with me over text (offer on website was 3 hours at $135'ish dollars) as well as met with my wife at our house to go over expectations. They discussed the first cleaning could be 5 hours total, so they could show us what they were capable of. We happily agreed. Cleaning day came, they (2 cleaners) arrived around 9:45am. I was at home, and planned to be locked in my office for 5 hours. I was a little surprised they left at 12:50pm, 3 hours later. Discussed with my wife and we assumed the message didn't get to the cleaners, and they weren't aware it was the initial 5 hour cleaning for the first time. Four days passed and I hadn't heard back from the cleaners, and wanted to pay them. I reached out, they replied, and they sent their bill of $230. (6 hours and 23 mins total). I double checked my ring cameras to verify I saw the arrival the departure times again, which were verified. When asked about the difference in times, they said "there were two people onsite therefore it was 6 hours total." They then said they didn't charge us the full time as they were trying to get through everything discussed with my wife. Mind you, this is all predicated off the idea and being led to believe it was 3 hours total, not per person. The cleaning was good, and I'll pay the $230 bill, but the rub is the deception around the secret math for the number of staff/hours, website saying 3 hours was $135'ish, and now it's suddenly down/unavailable.
