Day 4 of my on-site training from Dealer Synergy. What can I say? When I first saw Sean V. Bradley on the websites, Automotive Internet Sales, YouTube etc. I was in awe, shocked, overwhelmed and a bit..scared. Who is this young guy, fronting like he's all that and then some. Millionaire mogul, motivational speaker, music industry entrepreneur, and he owns so many businesses, on covers of magazines, internationally renown speaker and member of NSA and Covey trained..Omggg too many to name! But when I actually met him, and over the two days that he was here, I realized that he is every bit of everything I read and saw of him online.. BUT, he is knowledgeable, kind, HUMBLE and sooo passionate about ALL aspects of his life, and he doesn't look down on anyone! He motivates, teaches and encourages you to do your best! I was in awe to meet and shake the hand of a millionaire, but now I'm in even more awe because he is so humble, and willing to help anyone achieve their dreams and be the best they can be. I pretty much have the same background as him and I felt an enormous amount of relief, when he spoke about himself, his background, where he has been, how he became what he is now, gave me hope that I too can achieve my dreams. He has inspired me so much in the short time he was here with us. I just needed someone to guide me. He said something profound, that made me pause, well he said many things, but two things that got me was: he doesn't compromise, he comes to a agreement with whomever, so everyone can have a win-win situation, one doesn't have to feel like they lost a little to agree with one another, and he also said, there was a reason I was guided to come here to RC Lacy, because if I didn't accept this job. I wouldn't have ever met Sean and I wouldn't have ever been motivated. I have been feeling lost, drowning, but I feel like Sean is my buoy and if I follow him and his advice, I believe I can achieve everything I ever wanted..and more! I know he came to us to teach us about the automotive business and how to be a better BD Agent, but I feel like whatever he taught us, It can be utilized in life, and I will use it in my life! I hope I get a chance to attend another one of his workshop. If you are feeling low, and feel like life has nothing more to offer or you think you have done everything possible in life and you still cant achieve anything, I beg you, go to one of Sean V. I didn't get to meet you due to a dr appointment but I seen ya! Then I was curious about the mr. Clean looking guy walking around, so I asked Scott, he said you were late I'm sorry but that training is going to "change your life" , I believe I may have replied with a "yeah right". So I took myself upstairs and there was Anthony aka mr. Clean, and he welcomed me! I was in and out of training because after all I gotta sell some cars, but I really have to tell you, this cat has it goin on! I don't know if you and Scott were listening or if it was simply a right place right time moment but, I was on the verge of giving it up, and I was the top salesman!!!!! Dealer synergy is the wave of the future and I can only say thank you! I love what I do, and I enjoy the company in which I work, I don't know why but Anthony was able to bring it "full circle" and for that I must thank you and Scott! I just finished 2 days of awesome intense training from Sean here at Christi Hubler Chevy in Crawfordsville, IN, and I am completely blown away with the absolute level of expertise in sales he has. Googleopoly book was first released in 2014. I was expecting another dealer pontificator and was reluctant to purchase another book. After watching his posts online and some of his presentations, he started to gain credibility to spend the money. After about week of reading and note taking it was well with spending the money. I did recommend taking it to the next level and contacted the authors consulting company. It was very easy to understand the offerings and chronology of what dealer synergy provides. Our reconstruction and resurgence will be phenomenal. It's fun to watch the employees buy in and understand, they can achieve real results. read more

Great program. Unfortunately it all had to be crammed in to a 3 hour class, but I did got a lot out of it. I've only been in the business for about 9 months now so I get sent to a lot of training courses, and this was by far the most enthusiastic one I've taken. I currently work for a dealership that recently signed up with Dealer Synergy and let me tell you this is it! This is by far the best training and material I have used thus far in my career!
