Unable to source a new base, F&R seamlessly welded a new post on to the original one. I also requested a total reupholstery with new leather and padding. The chair now looks better than new. The other item was restrapping a Breuer chair - less challenging perhaps - but perfectly executed. The company kept me informed throughout the process and were unfailingly civil and responsive. The cushion material was special order and they were very accommodating. The turn around was about 2 weeks as we had a lot of cushions.
