They will then send you an immediate text where you fill out the paperwork. The entire process took less than 5 minutes to complete. You can then monitor your place in line via there website, which was quite convenient because you don't have to wait inside their office. There were about 10 patients ahead of us, but they move quite quickly. We checked in at 10:26 and were out by 10:52. Christine performed our tests. She was friendly and very professional. All you need is your drivers license. They accept insurance, but also take patients with no insurance. The test was free of charge. The results were ready less than 48 hours later. You have to create an account with Quest Diagnostics to access results.

The clinic is pristine, and so is the area it is located in. Sidewalks completely swept. Even late at night, I didn't feel unsafe. Went in for excrutiating ear pain. They have you check in through their iPad and then fill out a paper form. They collect payment prior to the visit, and without insurance, the cost is $120. English and Spanish are spoken at the office. When I walked in, it was pretty late at night, so it was not crowded. I was visited by the doctor quickly, and the operation began. They send the prescriptions right there, so make sure you have the address and name of your favorite pharmacy at hand. Will definitely return for any messes I find myself in. They are open until midnight.

Renee Kagan was the physician assistant. She was incredibly kind and generous and patient, and sat with me to figure out where the misunderstanding was. She looked up my flight destination to help ease my nerves about what kind of test was needed for entry, etc. She just went above and beyond, to ensure her staff was following protocol while also giving me some peace of mind. I left Urgent Care feeling really grateful that kind people like her exist. She had no ego, just concern and was incredibly solution oriented instead of just saying "too bad". I am so appreciative of her and her bedside manner. Oh, there is also no wait time and they honor appointments. Great experience overall. I took a star off because the person at the front had his mask just under his nose. I imagine this wasn't purposeful, but given that it's an urgent care, there should be mindfulness around this.

I usually don't like to update a review just to complain about a place, but this is an exception. I…read morestand behind my older review; however, this location dropped the ball on me several times in the passed week and if this review brings attention to the owners of the company (because there is nowhere on the website to address complaints), then so be it. I had three appointments at this PromptMD location this week and all were canceled by the practice. Yep - three. Two were in person and one was tele-med. I had UTI symptoms. If you're a female and have had a UTI, you know how incredibly uncomfortable and dangerous a UTI could be. Albeit they were mild, but I felt something coming on. I made an appointment through the Solv app for Sunday, December 15th at 11:30 AM. The practice's website AND the app said it was open until 2pm. I go to the shopping center, go inside, and see the lights are off upon approaching the practice. There's a sign outside: "Closed due to emergency; will reopen on December 16th." Ok, this is unpleasant and very bad luck. I was annoyed but not angry, emergencies happen - HOWEVER, the company should indicated on Solv that they were closed. I had to cancel my appointment through Solv and it looks like *I* canceled when in reality the practice was closed. (Just FYI, I had a family obligation to attend to after this appointment, and could not go anywhere else by the time it was over.) Unfortunately, I'm a teacher and make little money so I work three jobs, and I had zero time to go back to the doctor. I figured I may as well try the tele-med service on my lunch break. In the meantime, my UTI symptoms got worse. So I scheduled a tele-med appointment for the Weehawken Prompt MD because I literally did not have time to go for an office visit; I get a message from Prompt MD on my phone that a UTI requires an in-house visit. Here is how the conversation via the app goes. PromptMD: This consultation requires an in office visit. Come any time before 7pm. Come any time before 7pm. Me: Your website says you're only open until 4 and I cannot get there until 4:30. PromptMD: We're open, come before 7pm and you should be good. Me: This is for the Weehawken location, correct? PromptMD: please fill out the paperwork. Ok! The representative even created an appointment for me on the Solv app. So I cancel my evening plans to run to PromptMD Weehawken, only to WALK IN TO A DARK OFFICE. The man working behind the counter tells me they're closed. I stated, "I spoke to a representative for PromptMD and they said to come to the Weehawken location." He responds, "There is no doctor here to see you." I ended up having to go to the Hoboken location and waiting for two hours in order to be seen. This type of treatment is unacceptable. If this location does not get as busy as the other locations, then close it - don't randomly close at odd hours because there is no help available. I've have stellar experience with this company so this whole debacle was incredibly disappointing. This needs to be fixed because claiming to be open when you're not is just shady business practice.

But on those rare occasions when I need something stronger than a Tylenol, it can be quite a headache to schedule something with my primary physician. I was resigned to visiting any local urgent care clinic, when I luckily searched and found this location nearby. I called first and they said that I could come right in (no appointments needed - great!) Plenty of free parking as this is located inside the shopping center - miles better than comparable Hoboken or Jersey City locations. After checking in and taking my vitals, Dr Javed gave me a thorough exam and some medicine that helped right away. He was very personable and easy to talk to (unlike other doctors that feel rushed). Would definitely recommend this location going forward!

The appointment itself was poorly coordinated, and there was very little communication about the status of my medical paperwork and results. The most concerning part was what happened afterward. My employer requires the medical documentation to be properly submitted and received before I am cleared to begin work. Concentra failed to properly communicate with my employer and did not ensure that my required medical documentation was received. As a result, I was put in a position where I was almost unable to start my job because of Concentra's failure to complete and communicate the required paperwork. I have had to repeatedly call and try to track down my own medical records simply to make sure the documents were sent where they were supposed to go. For a medical facility handling employment-required examinations, this level of disorganization and lack of follow-through is unacceptable. When someone's ability to start their job depends on your office submitting time-sensitive medical documentation, that responsibility should be taken seriously. I would strongly recommend confirming exactly where your records are being sent and following up yourself rather than assuming Concentra will communicate with your employer as required.
