But after months of enduring the casual misogyny of his chit chat (as one example when I said I did some yard work with a wheelbarrow he told me that was a man's job) and no lasting improvement in my pain, I have come to deeply regret the money and time I spent with him. He wants to tell you about his pride in his son way more than he wants to talk about what he sees with your spine and what steps you might take to help heal and prevent further injury. Spines are vulnerable body parts, and ultimately I found I could not trust him with mine because of his lack of compassion & connection. If you want to just crack and go (and endure boorish chit chat) maybe you'd be happy here, but if you want a compassionate clinician who cares holistically about your wellness, look elsewhere.

Not only did I feel better after my time with Dr. Gaunt, but months after my therapy, I'm still feeling wonderful. I spent a couple of years hurting, wanting to stay physically active, but being restricted because of back pain. I discussed my issues with my primary doctor and my pain management physician. I scheduled steroid injections. I spent time doing physical therapy. Then, I found Dr. Gaunt. Hands down, one of the best decisions I've made regarding my health. Using several different modalities, Dr. Gaunt, in a professional, personable, thoughtful, organized and educational way, helped me get back to the hiking path, the weight room, the slalom ski, and (unfortunately) house chores. Dr. Moskall was recommended to me by another businessperson in Boyne City who had a good experience there. (Something you can always count on in this town!) I was in Boyne while recovering from my double total knee replacement. As a long time consumer of "alternative" therapies, I knew that basic physical therapy would not be enough for me. If the body, and spine are out of alignment, everything else is affected, including pain levels and progress in therapy. Dr. Moskall was courteous, and took x-rays from numerous angles. He determined course of treatment based on information revealed by the x-rays. Significant time was spent explaining the details to me, even though I have been to chiropractors downstate, nothing was left out. Treatment began in specific trouble areas. The most important thing is how I felt after treatment, which was great! My hips were an issue, and getting them in line made my knees function better in PT and in general. Spending time (minimal due to short waits) with Dr. Moskall, is so pleasant! He is cheerful, fun, and knowledgeable. I feel great after being adjusted! I am going to miss him when I go downstate this fall and back to my work world, yet he was partially responsible for helping me make that happen! Go see him, feel better!

I'm not someone who jumps from doctor to doctor looking for the next health trend. I've spent…read moredecades studying wellness, nutrition, and personal development, and I thought I had a pretty good handle on my health. But working with Dr. Lisa Fortin at ReYouvenate completely changed my understanding of what true health optimization actually looks like. When I first began working with Dr. Fortin, my body was clearly telling me something was off. Like so many women navigating midlife, hormones, stress, inflammation, and metabolism had all quietly shifted. I was doing all the "right things," yet my body simply wasn't responding the way it used to. Dr. Fortin didn't just look at symptoms -- she looked deeper. Her approach focuses on what is happening at the cellular level, from mitochondrial function to inflammation to metabolic signaling. Instead of a one-size-fits-all plan, she created a thoughtful protocol for me that included hormone optimization and carefully selected peptides designed to support healing and repair. The results have honestly been remarkable. Over the past several months I've lost just over 30 pounds, but more importantly my body feels completely different. The inflammation that had been quietly building is gone. My energy is back. My mind feels clear again. My metabolism finally feels like it's working with me instead of against me. For the first time in a long time, I truly feel like myself again. What I appreciate most about Dr. Fortin is how deeply she understands the science while still caring deeply about the person sitting in front of her. She is one of those rare physicians who is truly ahead of the curve in longevity medicine, yet she takes the time to explain what your body is experiencing and how to support it properly. ReYouvenate is doing some incredible things in the world of quality longevity and regenerative health, and I feel incredibly fortunate to be under her care. I'm already looking forward to my next trip back to Michigan to spend more time at the clinic -- and yes, I absolutely plan to experience some of the facial rejuvenation protocols everyone is talking about as well as all of the other incredible therapies she offers. Working with Dr. Fortin has been one of the best health decisions I've made in a VERY long time. To finally find a doctor that listens to understand just takes it to a whole new level.
