And the motions themselves felt a bit hurried. The massage therapist seemed very qualified and it felt good but not one of those "awesome" experiences. Then they gave only me a water bottle and not my husband. The net result was that I felt great but wasn't really relaxed when I left. I will find somewhere else next time.

This last time I didn't think of Ryan first thing because it was my sacroiliac and I didn't realize he could help with that. I had seen the chiropractor 4 times and the doctor once before I thought of going for a massage. Again, the difference in just one day was incredible.
