If you arrive to Leiden Centraal,, it is maybe a five minute walk to where the market is held, just look it up on Google. Annie's was the perfect spot as you walked down the steps and the tables are literally right on the canal. I ordered the tuna sandwich and it was absolutely fantastic, a perfect blend of tuna, red onion, and other stuff I cannot describe, but it was fabulous. My wife and I had the chef surprise 4 course menu with wine pairing, and what a treat it was. From a very simple cheese and salad amuse bouche, smoked sea bass and mixed fish starter, an incredible house smoked duck breast (with home made fig and nut chutney) and a very interesting rabbit ragu and finally a desert collection; everything was perfect! Wine pairings were also very interesting, all obscure European sourced wines that matched the food perfectly. Including, something I had never heard of before, a pinot grigio from Luxembourg.
