Usually the most reliable taxi company in the country however i did have one bad experience with them. One night they did not return to pick me and my friends up and take us home and since then i have rarely used this company as i then had to pay for another taxi home. (lucky i got a taxi at all!!) The company is well serviced with multiple drivers who are friendly, chatty and with whom you would feel same with. Fares are cheap especially within the surrounding area of Newcastle. Advisable to book in advance especially at the weekend as understandably this is there busiest time. All in all a good company but i have been put off as a result of the incident referred to above. read more
