The store is clean, it's never terribly crowded and when I bring in one of my previously bought plush to get accessories for it's never a bad time. They usually have a great amount of stock, and never rush you at the stuffer. I'm also an adult but never had them not do the whole ceremony with me or not offer to smell a new scent with me. As I said, super nice people. I even see the staff has plushies they bring in to work their shifts with them which is a great touch and makes the whole place feel very accepting. Honestly it's just a 10/10 store. Wish I had photos of the store itself but have a pic of my bat plush in the window.

We had a great experience when we visited to try out this new Birthday Bear program. Come in any…read moretime during your child's birth month and you only pay their age. $2 was quite a deal! This covers just the bear, it's stuffing (including the heart) and then a "bath". They do encourage you to record a message on a little device they put in the Bear. This is extra! And obviously all the clothes and accessories are extra. While my little boy didn't quite understand what we were doing at first, he absolutely loved pressing the pedal that makes the stuffing go into the Bear (because pressing buttons is fun!). The stuffing brought the Bear to life for my son, so he was excited to pick out a heart, give it a kiss, have me give it a kiss, too, and put it in the bear's chest. Then it was bath time for the Bear (my son loved the scrubbing brush so much that I think he wanted to keep it lol). At the register I simply had to confirm my account. Easy! And affordable. We'll probably do it again for the baby we're expecting late this year!

I'm writing to share my ongoing, outstanding experience with one of your employees, Ian Cole, at…read moreyour Dayton, OH location (2760 Miamisburg Centerville Rd). Over the course of several visits, Ian has helped both me and my family with our watch purchases--and I can say with complete sincerity that I would never consider buying a watch from anywhere else, or from anyone else. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I understand just how rare it is to find someone who genuinely sets a gold standard for customer experience. Ian knows my family and me by name, calls proactively when items I've ordered arrive, and always goes out of his way to make the entire process enjoyable, smooth, and pressure-free. His professionalism, knowledge, and personal touch are truly unmatched. In fact, I recently visited a competing retailer--Watches of Switzerland--and the difference in service was night and day. The contrast only further reinforced how much I value Ian's attention to detail, warmth, and genuine care for his clients. I've now purchased multiple watches from Ian, and I'll continue to do so exclusively because of the trust and rapport he's built with me over time. Ian isn't just a great employee--he is the standard that all Jared team members should strive to meet. If your company has a recognition program, I strongly urge you to acknowledge him through it. If you're considering promotions, mentorships, or leadership opportunities, Ian should be at the top of the list. Honestly, if I didn't enjoy shopping with him so much, I'd be tempted to recruit him for my own team--that's how strongly I feel about the quality and consistency of service he provides. Please ensure this feedback makes its way to the right leaders within Jared. Ian Cole deserves every bit of recognition for the remarkable service he continues to deliver.

They were attentive to my desires, patient when discussing different styles, and allowed to take as much time as I needed and try on as much as I'd like. It was very helpful for us and our search for the right ring. This store also just has a great selection, which we were not used to compared to other places near it that only talked about showing rings online. It was so nice to see the styles on my hand, rather than just with a picture. While I was only looking at rings, this store is great for most jewelry from what I saw and the service is the best.

Their experienced staff helped me pick out a bracelet and earring set to make from my bridal bouquet and they turned out gorgeous, and I love wearing them. It's just such a cool, unique keepsake from that special day that I can wear and enjoy for years to come. The other two experiences with flowers from a funeral were wonderful. We were able to make five lovely ornaments and one tall tabletop cylinder from a bouquet we had pulled from the service. The ornaments come in several sizes and we chose the larger one, which is able to fit two smaller flowers or one big one and some filler (greenery, baby's breath, etc) with a cream ribbon and a silver tag with the initials of our loved one on it. It's just such a special, unique way to remember someone and it's really lovely. The flower preservation process is not a quick one, it takes about eight weeks. But it makes for such a beautiful gift that the wait is absolutely worth it. They have preserved flowers from all across the country (and even Australia, twice!) - check them out!

My sister got…read moremarried in Virginia and got her flowers preserved there, so I searched for somewhere similar in my area and was very intrigued by Freezeframe, especially since the Dublin location is 15 minutes from my house. I took my bouquet there the Monday after my wedding, and I was like a kid in a candy store! The associate helped me pick out a frame, and backdrop color, asked which were my favorite flowers and took copious notes and photos, etc. I selected the pave style, which is less expensive than preserving the whole bouquet but I think it looks better. After everything, mine came out to about $300, which I think was a great price considering I got a medium size and a fancier frame, and how much attention they clearly put into every bouquet. Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind, it seems like a fun place to work. The only downside? I dropped it off in early June and got it back the following March!! It was hard to wait but it was fun to have one final thing from the wedding to look forward to after all the photos and albums were done.
