Great bargains. Go shop as often as I can. Friendly people. The store is clean. Wished it was not so far out of town

Loss prevention and store is nice.... but the cashiers are rude and the return line is reallllllllly bad!!!!!! I'm always waiting forever to return my bad fitting outfits! No fitting rooms so I can't avoid having to come back for the returns. I get eyerolls , no explanation of how the returns work, and don't even get told when my return is processed so I'm there to grab the receipt alone because the employee walks off doing other things while I wait by the register hoping my return goes through . Thankfully I realized the mistreatment of return customers while this happened so I just grabbed my receipt and walked away. Aka they always treat me this way. read more

I love this store, I am always here shopping because they have the best prices! Also the customer service is so friendly and welcoming. I came in today and it was a fun atmosphere because they are raising money for first book for kids and it was so much fun hearing the employees making announcements for every donation and everyone getting into it! read more

Just walked into this store to buy some sheets since I'm remodeling my room. It was 10 minutes until closing so maybe that's why I didn't get a "hello" or a "have a goodnight" I simply got bad stares. I didn't get the guys name but I noticed he was wearing makeup and was very rude! I love this store though because of their prices...guess cheap prices equals bad customer service! Btw I'm a server and I would never treat my customers that way if they walked in 5 minutes before closing!!! read more

Turlock location is nice and clean. Just wished the employees gave better customer service.

Absolutely love this place. Only downfall (which is extremely important in my opinion) are the cashiers customer service. Lord being greeted at the door. Dressing room greeting is always done as well. But cashiers always have a nasty face. Great selection of items. Always getting great deals on my work shirts. Wish they had a larger selection on work pants but can't complain. Dressing room is kept clean. Wish they had a little more room since usually only one person fits in the aisles. read more

My first time to DD's Discounts in Turlock was during the holiday. It looked full, but most discount stores do about that time of the year. The lines were ridiculously long. Not sure how I feel about this location yet. I'll have to keep going back. read more

I went to this store because someone recommended it. It's a glorified factory 2 U (family bargain center). Their clientele is ghetto. The employees were talking for a long time about a sick call they had (no discretion). Then they hollered to another employee to make her special announcement for rowdy kids running around the store. In other words the employees are a lot like their clientele loud, rowdy, and ghetto. read more

I used to love this store... it's gone way downhill in the short time it's been open... I have a few health issues and sometimes I have to use the restroom during my shopping... they have always helped me and been pretty friendly about it, but a few days ago they were absolutely cruel and unhelpful... the rude and scathing, lying, dressing room attendant actually lied TO me ABOUT me saying, "they told you last time it would be your last time"... that's news to me... I even asked her to repeat what the manager supposedly said, and she told the lie again... so I went to the front to speak to the manager and she didn't say anything of the sort... they will not let me use the restroom at all, and this makes it impossible for me to spend my money there any more... not to mention how some of the employees are pretty ghetto, yet treat the customers as if they are trash... it used to be fun to shop there... told all my friends, and now I'm going to tell them to take their money elsewhere... I actually hope this store closes, due to their ineffective way of being customer conscious... hello, Kohl's, Ross and Marshall's... want my shopping money?... may I use your restroom?... oh, thank you, now I can shop longer and spend more money!!!... read more
