You don't have to wade through clutter to find what you're looking for, and the shelves tend to be well-stocked with decent turnover in home goods, skincare, and seasonal items. Clothes are hit or miss as usual, but if you have the patience to dig, you'll usually walk away with something good. Prices have definitely crept up -- you can tell the tariffs and inflation finally caught up. Things aren't quite the steal they used to be, but they're still cheaper than department stores for the same brands. Service is another plus here. Checkout is fast and efficient, and they don't pressure you to open a store card, which is a refreshing change. Overall, it's a pretty painless shopping experience -- which isn't always the case with discount chains.

The staff went so out of their way to make my shopping nice it was like when I go to another country or shop at a luxury store. Several of the staff greeted me and asked if I needed anything while I was shopping. But my daughter dropped her giant sucker and was sooo sad. It hit the floor and sort it shattered and made a mess. I felt bad but they were so kind and swept it up and a member of the staff even asked if she was okay and said oh she looks so sad . She went and got her a snack bar and a little candy and veggie chips and rice krispy. Tbh I'd have had to leave and would have had to go get her a lollipop but this allowed me to find 2 shirts a set of earrings and a bag for myself while she was occupied. It was genuine Christmas cheer in a clean store and I found things I'd wanted in ages quietly on sale. I wish I'd gotten the girls name who did that. Like many of the Dollar Tree's in the Jacksonville Metropolitan-area, the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Unfortunately, minus the cashier who served me, the staff did not particularly seem it had a focus on customer-service. It got to the point where only the cashier was serving customers. As the line grew to approximately 10 customers, the manager only looked on and was not supportive to their cashier. When another customer asked if an additional register would be opening, the manager responded with "In a few minutes another cashier will be opening up a line." The way it was said was very disrespectful to everyone within range of their voice. As I was being served, the second cashier began their work on serving customers. Again, the manager just looked on. It created a bad picture! Once more, the cashier who served me was nice and went with the flow of pace of the business. I might visit the store in the future, but not for awhile. If you wish to check it out, do so with caution!
