I could see in their eyes that they had a genuine desire to help me. I stopped in to buy myself a souvenir hat from El Centro, and to browse about to see if they had anything useful for my car. The hat selection was very limited. Mostly Ball caps, and those beanies closely resembling the Old Navy watch caps. They also had a bucket hat, but it's pastel color wasn't for me. i was hopping to find a golf hat. I ended up buying a ball cap with a US flag on it and a phone holder that attaches to the mirror. This will be useful for times when I use my phone as a GPS or watching movies when parked. The gal at the checkout spoke English and checked me out quickly and accurately. I don't think she cared about me coming to Ross to buy a souvenir hat. Which I felt was a dollar more than I anticipated. The did have a better selection of men's ballcaps than Walmart had. And a far better deal on the phone holder. I probably would have shopped around a bit longer but I started getting hungry. When a i couldn't find white Fruit of the Loom briefs. I decided not to seek help with the staff since twice before I was unsuccessful at getting the help I needed, so I decided to go to Del Taco for lunch. Yes you can pay over there I paid and then as I was leaving the security guard wanted to speak to me in English and asked me for my receipt and then dug in my bag to look at the items and pull one out. never in my life have I ever experienced this. Store was organized and the cashier was super nice and friendly. I may come back if I decide to take a road trip. Definitely worth coming here. They seem to have more in stock in this store compared to other locations I have been to. Plenty of parking up front as well!

Seem to have more of the normal people brands (ie affordable one) like Deron, Baby Phat, Coogi, Sean Jon, Wrangler, Just My Size, etc. Also saw some Guess, Nine West, Kenneth Cole, Betsy Johnson in the purses. Libbey, Imusa, KitchenAid, Oster, Thermos, Black & Decker .... etc etc The managers are all really nice and the employees look like they actually like working there unlike the other stores around them where everyone looks miserable.
