Tech Today's tech is Holly. She's very nice, and polite. Ambiance Typical medical suite/business office with local TV on and fresh hot coffee. There is an ample supply of staff/techs of varying ethnics, sizes and shapes scurrying about in the back area. At 0800 there is no nasty acrilic odor and the waiting area is clean and tidy. There is a wide variety of patients from very old to quite young, and they all seem to be attended to very quickly and efficiently. The products The dental appliances are made and maintained in-house. There seems to be a wide variety of materials and quality with corresponding prices. The overall quality of the product is quite good. The dental appliances are ready 6-7 hours later. Then after a few adjustments we will be on our way. Overall The dentist made an appearance shortly after being shown to one of many treatment rooms. The biggest drawback to this place and others like it, is the push to upsell everything. I got my dentures here several years ago. The bottom plate never fit right, no fault of the dentures, just that my gums were too short or whatever to keep them in. The dentist, Shane Tewis, was the nicest guy ever. Front desk staff were the same. Awesome. I had implants put in on the bottom and that helped tremendously. About 4 years after getting them, while on an anniversary trip out of state, I'm eating a SOFT taco and one of the front teeth ended up inside my mouth with the bite of taco. So that trip was ruined as I refused to go out in public with my 'summer teeth' - sum are there and some are not. As soon as I get home -3 days later, I call and get an appointment to have it put back in. Update, 8-19-2023. H aaa d to go in a 2nd time in the last 6 months to have the other front tooth put back in. Was untwisting a Luden's cough drop wrapper when it fell out. One more thing. I had a horrible stomach virus and I started projectile vomiting, I mean shooting puke from across the room to the toilet. I flushed my dentures before I knew it. Had to buy a new bottom plate. The gal that made the plate, I think graduated from her dental classes on Tuesday and these were put in on Friday. They've never snapped to the implants since day one. They rock like a seesaw. Not impressed, but I don't dare go back for fear that it would only be worse. Never had a bad experience except for one. I had a bare minimum chip, not noticeable at all, only to me when I ran my tongue across it. The gal says she'll smooth it out. 1/4 of my tooth is now missing because she didn't 'smooth' it out, she grounded it off! It looks stupid, but, I'm not paying for another top plate. Especially since I didn't ask for the tooth to be ground off at an angle. read more

great staff but product is not as good as years ago. I got a new set and this is the third time they've remade them. still not right. This is very important to people who want the best smile. Next time they said they'll refund me cause I'm not satisfied. Well the teeth are off and cutting into my gums. sad read more

I believe this place has a new name. Affordable Dentures & Dental. They have an in-house lab, so can get same day service. The only problem is plan to spend an entire day here waiting. Poor communication in here and several calls to come back in and get rechecked but work is getting done. read more

Got a competent dentist whom had wonderful assistants, but his manners left much to be desired. Saw him 2 times and he was equally rude both times. The second time he grabbed my hurt pierced lip without permission and talked badly about me to his assistant as if I weren't there! The desk staff are not very social or nice either for the most part. And when asked about insurance, once they hear you'll be paying in cash or credit for the time being, you can feel a drop in the care. You're treated a bit like a stamp on a punch out card. My husband needs a new dentist ((He has full insurance)), but won't go because he hears about mine. So I think I'll just take our business somewhere where they actually care to take care of and keep their clients. Once again must stress how nice the assistant and teeth cleaner I met were! They cater to patients who are big chickens. If you need gas or an extra shot here or there, just ask. They can't feel your tooth when they are drilling on it. Sometimes your tooth needs one more shot. They want you to be comfortable during your procedure. Their dental hygienist, Toni is the same way! My dad's lower plate broke. They were extremely fast and did a fabulous job. The staff was friendly, and professional.

I had oral surgery friday, (a lot of it)! I remember them putting the cotton swabs in my mouth to numb the shot sites, then I woke up the next day. These guys are very confident and with good reason. This is a place that has not offered the service we were promised. My husbands dentures have not worked since he had them done. The top dentures gagged him every time he put them in. This was to the point that he couldn't wear them. He took them in and they filed them down and redid the lining on the top dentures. They then "charged" the account as a lining replacement. When we first purchased the dentures, I asked the woman at the desk if there were a limited amount of liners that came with the purchase of the dentures or would they line them as many times as he needed. I was told they would be lined as many times as he needed for the first year before he got his permanent liners. He has been in several times to have the top dentures "fixed" and this has been to no avail. Both sets of dentures have only been relined twice. The tops have had more than that because we were asking them to be fixed. We were told today that we will be charged to have his dentures relined. This is unbelievable. I was specifically told the dentures would be lined as many times as needed and this apparently was a lie. In addition, they "charged" us for lining when we were trying to get then to fix the dentures, which still hasn't been done and we are 9 months later. My husband has not been able to eat solid food since he has gotten these dentures because he can't wear them to eat. When he does leave the house, it is only to go down the street. He has to take out the dentures as soon as he gets back. The top ones are just not right. I can't account for normal dental work, but when it comes to dentures - DONT use this place. I was told one thing but the reality is something completely different. If you are wanting a set of dentures, I would look into another place. The worst purchase we have ever made. read more
