Finally today, got a human after multiple calls and attempts to try different extentions. "Oh well I never got a voicemail on this extention. If you need to pay a bill, don't follow the bill that comes. Google for the right extension and try and get a humor directly. Not even an apathetic apology when told how hard it was to pay a minor bill. Do not recommend. I don't know if I have ever written a negative review, but this was just such a terrible experience.

I thought I would try Aspen Dental again and see if maybe they had improved their services. They have not. I made an appointment and also drove over there to buy some teeth bleach. When I got there, I was told that because now I was considered a new patient they could not give me the teeth bleach until after they saw me. Way to make it all about money, Aspen Dental!! I received a text reminder about my upcoming appointment every single solitary day up until my appointment, which I confirmed yes, and filled out my paperwork again now that I was a new patient. When I showed up for my appointmen the bot at the front desk said "We tried to call you yesterday to verbally confirm your appointment and since we didn't get you we canceled your appointment." What the heck???????? First of all, I have confirmed at least a half a dozen times all the way up until today And you still cancelled my appointment? And by the way, I never received a call. Way to go! Way to lose a patient! If you are thinking about using them think twice. I have had two out of two bad experiences with them and would never, EVER recommend them to anybody on the planet.

I was referred there by my orthodontist because he said my wisdom teeth had begun to get impacted and, though I wasn't in any pain yet, it would be good to have them out. From my first interaction with this group, I was extremely impressed. When I called to get more info and schedule my appointment, the desk ladies (I mostly spoke with Christine and also Karen maybe?) were so pleasant and helpful. They talked me through what the procedure was like, what to expect as far as cost, insurance details, and more. They had great attitudes and fabulous customer service. They even squeezed me in with just a week's notice so I could have it done before I went back to school, which I more than appreciated! When I went in this morning for the procedure, I could not have been more comfortable - and that's coming from a total pansy when it comes to doctor visits. The desk lady was once again very pleasant, even at 6:45am. The staff that was helping the doctor were all very nice and explained everything as we went, making me feel very comfortable. They also offered me hot blankets - nice touch! I was very cozy and comfortable. When it came time to get the IV started, the doctor came in and introduced himself to me. He was VERY kind and good at calming me down. I felt immediately comforted with just the way that he spoke to me, answering all of my questions in a gentle and calming voice. I warned the doctor and assistants that I have a tendency to faint with needles. They put me on oxygen and put me in a position to prevent fainting and the doctor talked me through the whole insertion. I was so, so grateful for that - I pretty much always faint when needles are in my body, so I don't think he understands how nice it was to not pass out! After the IV was in, I remember nothing except him saying he was giving me happy juice. I woke up in the recovery room with my mom and boyfriend there in no pain and cuddled up in a blanket. In my drugged state, I didn't even realize they had already done the procedure. They were yet again helpful and comforting in giving my family and I instructions for discharge, removing the IV, etc. I am now at home, happily on pain meds, feeling a little sore and craving solid food but also very, very thankful for a knowledgeable and professional medical team.

In the previous instances there was discomfort in 1 and in the other they appeared to have injected anesthesia into a nerve that left a portion of my tongue and mouth numb for months.
