If you want someone to tell you one thing and do another, then Ricky is your guy…read more Multiple times he told me one price and then charged me a different price, even at the very last of our interactions. He didnt show up when he said, which is fine, I guess, but it was a shock to find work done when I would come back. The unfortunate thing was that the work that was done was not what we discussed. I asked for cheap, PNW plants that would thrive with no maintenance. He bought me 4 rose plants and planted them while I was gone and charged me almost $200 for them. Not what we discussed. I had to ask him to come back twice when he cleaned my patio/lawn, shoddy work, pics attached. He did come back but left other work that I did not point out. At the very last interaction, he tried to charge me more than what we agreed and I had the number in black in white. He tells me customers usually don't mind. Well, I mind. I want someone I can trust and to execute the agreements we make. Ricky does not do this and does not appear to value his word.

Be very careful in hiring this company. We spent over $19,000 for them to fully redo our front and…read morebackyard landscaping. We followed their suggestions and used their recommended plant designer that came out to design the planting. We also used their recommendation of a sprinkler company to put the sprinklers in before the grass. When it came time for the planting, it appeared that more plants were put in than originally ordered and that caused overcrowding and blocked the sprinklers causing brown spots in the grass. We also noticed on our Ring camera that they removed 17 of our plants and replaced them with more of another plant without telling us. When these issues were brought to their attention, it took 4 months to get the situation somewhat corrected but not solved. They finally came out and replaced the plants and replanted some of the others. Unfortunately, most of the replanted ones died because they were not planted deep enough and half of the 17 replaced have also died. There was no artistry in how they laid things out as a result their final efforts in our yard look amateurish at best. We asked for help and solutions and it took over six months to get back to us to try to "fix things." We are very unhappy with the results as our yard looks like crap and we have very strong buyer's remorse.

This review is long overdue! We had Maverick demo our in-ground pool in fall 2019. We called them…read moreup and they came out the same week and gave us a fair bid. We went with them because they had lots of experience removing in-ground pools, which isn't super common in the PNW. We assumed we would need a permit to excavate the pool that would require some time to get. We called our county and city and they confirmed no permit was needed. Maverick was able to schedule the job only two days later!! This was a huge relief to us because our pool pump stopped working and it was quickly becoming a swamp. The job only took 1.5 days and they showed up promptly each morning and got right to work. Our toddler had so much fun watching all the "big trucks" in our backyard. We were really happy with the final result.
