They never showed up after claiming they would. Suddenly they showed up at 10am on a Sunday with 20 minutes of warning time over email. Claimed they would be back by 1pm. After removing the concrete, replacing the rotted wood, he built us a small deck area which gives us larger lateral space as a door step compared to the small concrete step. A marked improvement over just the moisture fix and rot repair. This was a pretty significant job and our home is very unique in structure which created many challenges.
