After filing a warranty claim, Servco told us the squeaking is "normal." For a $5,000 bed, that's extremely disappointing and not what we were led to expect. After months of back-and-forth, they eventually said they would issue a credit for our purchase. Three months later, we still haven't received anything. We've been bounced between support with no resolution, spending a lot of time following up and getting nowhere. When you spend this kind of money, you expect both a quality product and a company that stands behind its warranty. Instead, we've gotten delays, conflicting answers, and no resolution while continuing to deal with a defective base. This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had, especially given the price and warranties involved
