Made me sign the contract before they even start loading my furniture and belongings. The contract states I agree that the service was satisfactory and completed. All the items are received in good condition. If I didn't sign they were not going to do the move. Quoted me $99 per hour, but charged me two times that. Damaged my dining room table. When I pointed it out, the guy said "are you sure it wasn't damaged before?" I have a pic to prove it and it was not. I called the company about the damage, left messages. No one called back and didn't answer the phone. I also texted Julie (she was the one I was dealing with) no response at all. Stay away from these people and this company. Big mistake using them.

Mr Sheilds agreed to pick up a grand piano and transport it a couple of hundred miles. The pick up…read moredate was pushed back three days without notifying me. When he finally did go to get the piano, instead of calling to say it was too big for his two man crew and their small equipment, he called to say the piano was bigger and heavier than he was told. Pianos do not grow six inches in a week and even if they did, those 6 inches are not going to weigh half of the total weight of the piano. I would have understood if he had been willing to admit it was just too big for him but I cannot excuse deliberately lying, especially after playing loose with the dates. Very poor service indeed.

I was so impressed with how quickly they were able to move for us! We were going from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse. The entire move was done in 3.5 hours. I did a move similar to this a number of years ago, and it took the crew 7 hours to do the same amount of things. Everything arrived in the exact condition it was in before the move. I have used 3 other moving companies in the past, but I would absolutely use these guys again over those other ones any day. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in any future move they do. The price they charged was lower than all of their competitors, and there were no hidden fees at all. They quoted me $153/hour for the move, and that's what they charged me in the end. My move included stairs too! Overall, amazing job. Love these guys!

In Current Day I found a family - including an 11-yr old daughter desperately wanting to learn to play - to regift My piano to. Francisco & crew picked My baby up this morning, and she arrived safely in her new home. So, mission accomplished. Yayy, Me! Francisco - the face of Paco's Piano Movers - was friendly (treated Me like a human being worthy of respect & compassion), approachable (didn't talk down to Me as if I was a dumb customer), responsive (returned My calls expeditiously), flexible in his dealings (honest pricing & aware of the real life details versus just the conceptual service He provides)... basically worthy not just of these 5 stars, but also the actual dollars that exchanged hands. I was so stressed about moving the piano - I didn't want the recipient Family to toss it in the back of their SUV and get hurt *Bad* or destroy the piano *Worse* - and the pickup took literally less than 15 mins. The entire delivery took about an hour (5 miles btwn us). The new Family was so happy & grateful & excited, and I also felt immense relief and joy at being able to send the piano off to where it would get well loved & well used. Thank You, Francisco & Guys, for making this dream manifest into real life. I Appreciate You :-) sincerely, Shirley
