When he finally did go to get the piano, instead of calling to say it was too big for his two man crew and their small equipment, he called to say the piano was bigger and heavier than he was told. Pianos do not grow six inches in a week and even if they did, those 6 inches are not going to weigh half of the total weight of the piano. I would have understood if he had been willing to admit it was just too big for him but I cannot excuse deliberately lying, especially after playing loose with the dates. Very poor service indeed.

They introduced their products honestly and professionally, without putting any pressure on us to make a purchase. Based on our needs and budget, they recommended a high-quality piano at a very reasonable price. The store also included a complimentary piano bench, free delivery to our home, and a free tuning service. It was truly a one-stop professional experience that made our purchase both enjoyable and worry-free. In addition, all pianos come with a 10-year warranty, which gave us even greater peace of mind. Edison is highly skilled in piano technology and tuning. After he tuned our piano, the tone became even more beautiful, rich, and expressive. We highly recommend that anyone looking to purchase a piano visit German Piano City in Temple City. You will receive professional service, excellent value, and a truly satisfying piano-buying experience.

In Current Day I found a family - including an 11-yr old daughter desperately wanting to learn to play - to regift My piano to. Francisco & crew picked My baby up this morning, and she arrived safely in her new home. So, mission accomplished. Yayy, Me! Francisco - the face of Paco's Piano Movers - was friendly (treated Me like a human being worthy of respect & compassion), approachable (didn't talk down to Me as if I was a dumb customer), responsive (returned My calls expeditiously), flexible in his dealings (honest pricing & aware of the real life details versus just the conceptual service He provides)... basically worthy not just of these 5 stars, but also the actual dollars that exchanged hands. I was so stressed about moving the piano - I didn't want the recipient Family to toss it in the back of their SUV and get hurt *Bad* or destroy the piano *Worse* - and the pickup took literally less than 15 mins. The entire delivery took about an hour (5 miles btwn us). The new Family was so happy & grateful & excited, and I also felt immense relief and joy at being able to send the piano off to where it would get well loved & well used. Thank You, Francisco & Guys, for making this dream manifest into real life. I Appreciate You :-) sincerely, Shirley

My wife and I are severely disabled…read more We recently had a nightmare experience with Meathead Movers. After charging us almost 2k to pack a 1 bedroom apartment, and letting our cat out after swearing they wouldn't & denying having done it (she was found outside several hours later - they had let her out). In addition, they "packed" by dumping stuff in boxes. Nothing was organized or protected at all. Then they moved us to our house & stacked boxes in such a way that we couldn't use our kitchen. But the final insult to injury was that they abandoned a closet full of clothes, half the things in our kitchen, and everything in our bathroom. Leaving them in the apartment and claiming they only left trash. C&C Movers were a lifesaver. They packed up the rest of our things and cleared them out of the apartment in less than 3 hours. They also had no problem stopping at our storage unit to pick up a couple of things that were forgotten there. The guys were friendly, helpful, and mindful of my disabilities. They even reorganized our storage unit a bit so things wouldn't fall out on the next people to open it. I cannot recommend them enough. I will be using them for EVERY moving need we have for the conceivable future. They're lifesavers. I wish I could give Mike & the team 10 stars. Pics are before & after of the apartment- showing the things Meathead Movers abandoned, and then how it looked when C&C cleaned up their mess. I seriously can't thank them enough. If you need to move, hire them. You will NOT regret it.
