Terrible company to deal with. First, they were almost 2 hours late, never called that they would be late. Made me sign the contract before they even start loading my furniture and belongings. The contract states I agree that the service was satisfactory and completed. All the items are received in good condition. If I didn't sign they were not going to do the move. Quoted me $99 per hour, but charged me two times that. Damaged my dining room table. When I pointed it out, the guy said "are you sure it wasn't damaged before?" I have a pic to prove it and it was not. I called the company about the damage, left messages. No one called back and didn't answer the phone. I also texted Julie (she was the one I was dealing with) no response at all. Stay away from these people and this company. Big mistake using them. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scammers! I'm only giving 1 star because you can't give zero stars. Let me just start off by saying the actual movers were great and very helpful. However the pricing and quoting is VERY MISLEADING from the company. We were quoted $360- $480 MAX for 3-4 hour move. They charged us $950!!! The move took 4.5 hours including their lunch break that took 45 minutes, so how the heck did I get charged double! They said the extra was because they charge 1.5 hr "travel fee" for them to come to you, and go back which adds to 6 hours plus fuel, plus "truck cleaning fee". VERY SNEAKY! When we called to complain the man ended up cursing out my husband, and being extremely rude and unprofessional for a company. They even threatened to keep all our belonging and put it in a storage for $250 extra a day if we didn't pay that full amount!! I seriously do not know where to start. This company is the biggest scam I've ever encountered. Arrived late! SLOW AF! Damaged 2 pieces of furniture before it ever left my house! Took multiply breaks! They started loading at 1:00 pm. Finished at 11:00 pm. They did not set up the beds. Did not unwrap the tv's. ALL boxes were clearly labeled for which room. They just piled everything in one room and left. I have done this move before it took a total of 6 hours, that's with setting the items back up. ****WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY NEW PLACE, THEY DEMANDED $3500.00 CASH TO UNLOAD MY ITEMS**** Everyone should file a complaint with BBB. Horrible!!!! They lied about pricing and were not at all concerned with service or customer care. My move quoted at 350-480 turned out to be 2280.00. Insane and extremely frustrating. They are deceptive, manipulative and will drain you through surprise charges. The workers did nothing but smirk and shrug their shoulders. They will add stress to your move. DO NOT trust a word they say. I regret 100000000% choosing them. I work in multifamily property management and have always given references for great movers. I will literally work to spread caution and negative review to any of my residents moving in or out of my communities. I initially scheduled a move with the moving specialist a month ago and even got a call confirming the move the day before for between 8-9am. I heard nothing from them until closer to 9am saying the movers had to complete a job from the day before. I called back hours later asking if I could get an estimated time and the guy tells me to "just wait". An hour later I call back to cancel and the guy immediately tells me to stop calling them. terrible customer service and a failure to communicate. I do NOT recommend using this company. read more

Finally they did packed everything and dropped off to new place which was hardly 5 MILES. therafter they handed the bill to my hands for about $706. I was shocked and asked him why I am charged a lot for just picking less furniture and less travel. In bill they charged me for gas, truck service and billed for 5 hours 30min. If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I used this company on 1.31.23 and not only did they grossly overcharge with FEES not revealed until AFTER your move is complete and it's time to pay, they are non-responsive when you have questions and complaints. The rep I dealt with (JOE) was rude and unprofessional. He hung on me when I was expressing my disdain for their unethical business practices and for the exorbitant fees charged for a small move 10 miles apart in location. All after telling me and advertising, "no hidden fees." I had damage done to my wall during the move and JOE said "we have insurance for that" and that I could file a claim. Well, I have yet to get the information on how to file a claim and I have reached out several times. No response. I've now been informed that this company does this a lot and customers are often upset. I believe they bank on people not following through and filing a complaint. This is not ok. Horrible business practices. Hidden charges. Rude representatives (JOE, if that's even his name, in particular). Do not EVER use this company. File a formal complaint with the BBB. They are a big SCAM , please avoid them at all costs. Just like other reviews, they gave me a low quote and then when my stuff was packed, they sent me a bill which was a RIP OFF, and was twice the estimate and had many lines added like $150 travel time and $75 truck cleaning fee. The two workers were also abused, because the main company did not even pay them. The company charged me $50 for a piece of plastic to cover my mattress. THEY ARE THIEVES. DO NOT USE THEM. I don't even know where to start. We used this moving company. It came up first in a Google Search and it seemed legit. We were in a hurry, and I regret not going with someone reputable. To be short. They give you a "flat quote". We got a quote for three movers and a truck for $159 an hour. They showed up with 4 men and two trailers. show up the day of the move, and require you to sign a blank contract to start (we needed to move and trusted them to fill it with the appropriate hours) Well that was a huge mistake! They pack up most of our stuff (not all) and then on the drive over require us to pay upfront for 12 hours of work...it was $2600!! Of course, they promised they would reimburse the hours not worked. They also added a bunch of additional charges like $198 for gas...the drive was 30 minutes...$7 for a roll of tape? And other items that made no sense. They held our items, hostage until we paid the full $2600 in either cash or a wire transfer. The police will not help you. They will say it's a civil case and not criminal...although I think that's arguable as it seems illegal to hold people's belongings hostage via financial black mail. I dug into the background of this company and the owner, Igor Totiv, owned many previous moving businesses..Including Two Man Moving LLC based out of Florida. Just look at their Yelp reviews and you'll see why he started a new business. This company needs to be shut down. I don't know how this guy is not in Jail. read more

ZERO STARS! This company is Con Artists!! DO NOT use these Movers!!! I called and got a quote to move a 1 bedroom Apt in San Jose to another 1 bedroom apartment still in San Jose less than 5 miles apart from a guy named "Thomas" who told me it would be $320 for two movers, 3hr minimum. He even tells me a move like that should take 3-4hrs. The guys show up on the day of the move and have me sign a halfway filled out contract and take a photo of my ID. They take their sweet time doing the move, only one guy was really doing the moving. Fast forward 5hrs later!!! Yes 5hrs to load up a one bedroom. They send me a text saying they are heading over to my new place and my total $1,266 due when they show up in Cash or money order. When they arrive they tell me they will not unload my items until I pay them, holding my whole life hostage. They show me the contract now filled in charging me 12.5hrs moving time and 1.5hrs traveling time plus fees for an oversized bed frame. I try to speak with Thomas and telling the movers this ridiculous because I did this same exact move a year ago and paid around $500. They laughed in my face and basically demanded their money in order for me to get my stuff. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. Mind you once they were paid they unloaded my items super quick. They heavily damaged My new dining table and chairs. Scratched up my walls. Read the other Reviews!!!!! My wife found this company online for 90 dollars an hour supposedly this included fuel so she wad told she even asked if the took credit cards they said yes. They showed up had the wife signed and initial where highlighted loaded 5he truck met us at our new address where we were handed a 1,028 bill for which they sat in their truck until my wife came with a money order since they only took money orders cashier checks or Zell the brought most of our stuff in and the said our six hours was up and left our stuff outside in the rain and drove off we soon after discovered two of our flat screen tvs had been smashed in please don't use these people they are rip off artist find someone else . read more

Its a rip off using Moving Spcialist. They gave one quote initially and then modified later behind the scene. Lots of hidden charges appeared at the end. Total time was calculated before even unloading. Unloading time was calculated as per loading time. My loading took 1hr40min, then considered 1hr 40mins for unloading too. Whereas actually unloading happened in 25mins. Mover was not ready to unload boxes until full payment. I would never recommend using this service. read more

Only 1 star because I have to give a star. I spoke with Julia to set up the move. We discussed $95/hr for 2 guys, plus a fuel surcharge $96. She said there was a 3-hr min and time started when they arrive at 1st location & ends when the last piece is off the truck @ destination. She quoted me $400-$450 total. They arrived 15 minutes late, spoke Russian & the contract was very different from the original electronic contract. This is when I learned about a $75 truck cleaning fee. WTH?? I made notes on the paper stating what Julia & I had discussed. They wanted to charge for the tape & furniture pads!! It took them 2 hours to load their enclosed trailer. I said I would lead them to the destination & they refused. I followed them & they missed the exit. Once they reached the destination, I had to pay before they would unload. The total was calculated before they finished & was $570. I had them put everything in the garage to reduce the time. Their total included 1.5 hrs of travel time. I moved 30 miles. They stated the 1.5 hours included them driving back to Katy!! And they tore up my yard, trying to turn the trailer around. Avoid this company!! The absolute worst. Don't use these people. I set up a 26 ft truck to move two storage facilities- a 10x20 unit 10 mins away and one 10x15 just next door to my mobile home that had just been remodeled. I got a pick up truck with pull along trailer that barely held the first storage facility. I was charged $600 extra for they said 2 heavy pieces( price was not disclosed verbally or in contract). The pushed furniture across the concrete floor. I heard a loud bang in trailer and saw side of trailer move. I had to pay for first move before picking up second in cash of course. Second move I was accessed another $600 for so called heavy pieces. They dropped a piece and knocked a hole in floor, scraped a door frame and damaged a wall of a newly remodeled house and after I unpacked my 65" tv it was shattered. When packing chairs they were stacked on top of each other. No way they were professionals. When I called and left message for a call back I didn't hear from them. read more

Absolute trash company - avoid at all costs! Offered low prices with no hidden fees over the phone, then completely changed things on the contract when they showed up. Additional cleaning fees that we were told wouldn't occur, and an extra 1.5 hour "travel time" charge that they charge on top of the hourly rate during travel. They also showed up in a tiny U-Haul when they advertised a 25 foot truck, which caused the move to broken into multiple trips. Or at least it would have, if they hadn't disappeared on a "lunch break" half way through and then never showed up and stopped responding to calls. They also didn't have any TV boxes despite promising that over the phone, nor did they honor their claim that TVs would be insured for their full value at no additional cost. Long story short, they'll lie through their teeth over the phone, then pull the carpet out from under your feet at the last minute and just abandon the project if they don't feel like completing it read more
