He also did the wrong cat eye color and had to grind it off in order to fix that. I was charged $75, $14 of which was for repairs that were not conducted. I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

They are concerned about each client ensuring that there is no cross contamination - practically everything is disposable (single use) with the exception the nail clippers of which is sterilized. Let me tell you, I did not think a waterless manicure and pedicure would not work for my rough draft skin, but I was absolutely wrong! My skin has never felt so soft and supple after ANY Mani Pedi... EVER! It had to have been her amazing scrubs and the fact that she did not cut my cuticles or shave layers and layers of my skin off with what I call the cheese grater. I can't stop rubbing my hands and feet together - they are so soft. Ms Kathy's nail studio is a nice relaxing environment. With nice vibes playing throughout. Kathy's has a vibrant personality that definitely draws you in. Although I just met her today, it seems like we were old friends. I could've chatted with her forever or until she kicked me out. The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return, which is unfortunate because I've had good experiences here in the past.

They always make me feel like family in the best way, and every visit is welcoming, professional, and consistent. I typically book appointments in advance because they are almost always busy, which speaks to how much people love this salon. The entire place is very well run, and you can clearly see the value they place on customer service, quality, and the overall experience. You truly can't go wrong with any of the nail technicians. Most recently, I had a pedicure with Timmy, and he was outstanding. His massage, scrub, and lotion treatment were so relaxing. He took his time, paid attention to every detail, and made the experience feel like a true self-care moment. My usual service is Gel-X with gel polish, along with a pedicure w/callus treatment and scrub. The quality is always excellent, and I consistently leave happy with my nails and feeling refreshed.
