I was shown the balance due on the receipt. When my husband went to settle the bill they overcharged us $97. I went to the spa to get my refund; the owner was not present and the lady (who was very nice but did not speak English) called the owner who screamed at me and insulted me. He never showed up. I have contacted authorities to file a report and notified my bank for fraud. This is so disappointing and I wish the outcome would have been better. I just don't feel they are able to run this business efficiently.
