Customer Beware!!! We use this company Priority plumbing…read moreduring our renovation project in October 2024. Mohammed (the plumber) agreed to convert our oil to gas throughout 3 floors in our house and install a new Navien tankless Boiler. Mohammed's work started off great but quickly turned sloppy (please see the attached pictures of the water lines installed in our basement). During this project, there were several major setbacks. for example, some of the new heating pipes that weren't installed properly froze over and eventually burst. Cause water damage in the ceiling and walls in the unit below. This was due in part to this company's inability to properly drain the lines if the unit was not able to be turned on during the winter. Mohammed never agreed to fix the damaged ceiling or walls in the other unit. He just repaired the busted pipes. Again, customer beware!! Mohammed is very rude and unprofessional. He over promises and under deliveries. He does not respect his customers. At the beginning he is very responsive (when trying to get your business). However, once the contract is signed, his attitude changes and he becomes more dismissive of your concerns and project timeline. He works with young Inexperienced adults. He has no license to work with complex boilers. As per another plumber he installed a used boiler which had many missing parts. He doesn't know how to operate the machine just install it. Take a look at the horrible work. Mohammed hangs up on his customers and/or waits days to return your calls. Totally unprofessional. He does not keep you informed of the process or any changes in the Scope of Work (SOW). He is only concerned about the money, calling, and harassing the customer for payment even when the work is not completed. He left us without heat and said there was nothing he could do until the weather breaks or until we purchased pre-heaters to melt the waterlines in the walls.. totally unacceptable. His two young apprentices were very helpful and knowledgeable. They tried there best to rectify the issues their boss created. We appreciate their efforts. We ended up having to call a real plumber to come in and configure the new boiler and get it to work. Even the wiring to the boiler was installed incorrectly (as per the Department of Buildings inspector). The outside censor never installed as well. We paid thousands of dollars for a bad boiler install. Do not trust this guy.. You will regret it! I would not recommend this company for any boiler conversations or complex plumbing work. It's not worth it. Get someone who is truly licensed and not working under someone else license.

Imad was the best plumber I've worked with. I called him at 1030pm Saturday night for a leak issue…read more- he answered right away and came to my house the following morning. Quickly resolved the issue and even asked me if I wanted to complete the project myself as the rest would be easy, and essentially I wouldn't have to pay for certain charges. I declined and said that I would feel safer if he finished the project. He quickly went to a supply store to get the correct parts, installed them, gave me great advice, and great price for everything. I had another plumber come to my house a few days before calling Imad - they immediately said the solution would be to tear down a wall to get to the back of the shower (without even attempting to fix it). This would have cost me thousands of dollars. Imad fixed the problem without having to tear down anything. Also very professional - would highly recommend. Thanks Imad!

They sent someone the next day, and they said absolutely nothing about a service charge or any kind of charge for coming out to look at the leak. The guy told us that it's an easy fix we can do ourselves. Great. Then he charges us $95 (plus tax because we used a credit card, not having tons of cash lying around) as a "service charge." For coming to the house for 10 minutes and telling us to do the job ourselves!! Unbelievable. If you "have to" charge a "service charge" (and he said it's because we called the company "through Google"?? what??), you absolutely need to tell people that beforehand instead of springing it on them at the end of the visit. It's just so shady.

All started with a simple message on Yelp. They reached out within the same day during a vacation…read moreweekend! Spoke directly with Juan and he was very easy to communicate with. I asked a few questions, everything was straight forward and easy to understand. On the day of the project, we talked over in detail my options for a fireplace outlet. Without a doubt I had full confidence that they would be able to finish the project, not only successfully, but presentable and neatly. A few approvals and the project began. Juan and Tony treated my home as their own. They put drop clothes and plastic sheeting over everything to protect furniture, floor, etc. Used a vac and everything to keep a clean working area. Tony is very knowledgeable of the install! They tackled the attic to run wires, got the electrical box on the fireplace, and the rest was history! They also included mounting my full motion tv mount. Price was reasonable and great workmanship. I didn't have to stay and walk them through anything. They were 10000% knowledgable and trustworthy people! Completely comfortable with them, they felt like family! My key point: they treated my home like their own and made it how they would install in their home. Very much noted and grateful to find these guys. Highly recommended! Quality!

So when I needed my outdoor lighting replaced, I searched Yelp, and decided to give JC Technical Solutions a try. They came by, inspected the existing installation, then gave me a quote to replace the lighting. The quote was very fair, and so I gave them the ok to proceed. During the replacement, they showed me parts of the existing wiring, that was not done properly for an outdoor installation. However, they replaced the improper wiring connections at no extra charge. I found JC Technical Solutions to be fast, professional electricians who charge a very fair price. I will use them again and highly recommend you give them a try.

However, the repair didn't last more than a few days before the same problem came back. When I contacted them again, it took several calls before anyone followed up. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the results were disappointing. I'd rate them 2 stars for effort, but not for reliability.
