We've repainted the entire interior, had them patch drywall, and paint the exterior. We've also used them for small jobs like a bathroom wall and most recently just a couple touch up walls where we removed some shelving and there were holes. They matched the paint really well and you'd never know we had drilled and repainted. I appreciate that they don't require a minimum amount of work and they are so so efficient. Every time we've reached out the job is done within a couple days and their pricing is fair. Starting with Russell who promised an exceptional job, but when the paint bubbled up he came up with excuses, contradicted himself, even put words in my mouth, and never took responsibility for his mistakes. He messed up our front porch, used cheap material to save some money, and it's looking worse than before with bubbles all over. We hired A1 painting because they're supposed to be the 'professionals' in this field and expected them to have the knowledge to deal with any type of situation/weather. If the heat was a problem for doing quality painting, I wish that was communicated to us from the beginning. Instead they went ahead with doing the job and then blamed external circumstances for their failure. Secondly, they gave us a quote and said they'd use the best quality paint for the job. However, I overheard them speaking to each other and mentioning they saved money on the materials. Two stars for the decent work Walter has done on the doors.

The second time was just to repaint my kid's room (from a very dark color to a very light color) and Garrett never even had to step foot in the house. Third time, was repainting our kitchen and family rooms. Again, I was able to get a quote by sending Garrett pictures and video -- and they squeezed me in pretty quickly. This is a literal and continued success story due to Yelp reviews! They deliver when they say they will, do a good quality job, and prices are fair. I hope they stay in biz so we never have to go searching for another painter!

My house was left as if there wasn't any work done and the results were even better. The wall, corner, and ceiling look as if there was never anything there. Bookmarking Parker's for sure for any future drywall or paint work we may need.

On top of the excellent craftsmanship, their pricing was very reasonable and competitive compared to the other quotes I received. It is with great pleasure that I write this review for Pepe's Painting. After hearing about so many…read morescams and having very little knowledge of what exterior house painting should cost, I was initially skeptical about hiring a painting company. However, from my first interaction with Edwin, those concerns quickly disappeared. Edwin came to my home, thoroughly inspected the property, and provided me with a very reasonable estimate. The quality of the work they ultimately performed went far beyond my expectations. I had to reschedule the painting project because of unexpected issues with my roof installation, and Pepe's Painting was extremely understanding and accommodating. They worked with my schedule without making me feel pressured. During the preparation process, they discovered areas of wood that had previously been damaged by termites before my treatment. They repaired the damaged wood and restored those areas so beautifully that they looked brand new. I was also unsure about exactly which paint color I wanted. Pepe's Painting brought several paint swatches and took the time to work with me until we found the exact color I had envisioned. That attention to detail made a huge difference. The project took approximately five days to complete, partly because they had to work around the rain, but the wait was well worth it. Throughout the entire process, their customer service was exceptional. They communicated with me consistently, kept me informed, and delivered on everything they promised. What impressed me even more was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and even corrected some mistakes that had been left behind by my roofing company, particularly around the fascia boards. I am honestly amazed at how beautiful my house looks. The quality of the workmanship, professionalism, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I would also like to recognize Anthony, one of their painters, who was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He answered my questions and was clearly committed to doing the job correctly. I am extremely satisfied with Pepe's Painting and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for professional, reliable, and quality exterior painting services. They earned my trust and my five-star review!

I can't say how much I appreciate the great work the Diaz painting does and I recommened them for all interior/exterior painting projects. These guys drove from the Corona/Riverside area to our home daily and showed up on time. We felt the pricing was fair for the size of our home, and the overall value for the work done was excellent. For only two painters, they were able to complete the work in the timeframe we were quoted, which was great. However, there were a few communication and cleanup issues that prevented this from being a 5-star experience. As a military family, we were grateful for the military discount provided by the project manager, Fermin. He was highly professional, communicative, and even included a few complimentary touch-ups, like refreshing our light fixtures and painting the side garage door.  Unfortunately, property care at the end of the project fell short. The crew removed our security camera bases to ensure an even paint job but didn't notify us where they were placed. We had to search our yard and eventually found them stashed inside our outdoor cat house and a flower bed. Additionally, the side garage door weatherstripping was removed for painting and left off. Even if the crew intentionally left it off to allow the paint to dry completely, failing to communicate that instruction to us, left us to figure it out and reinstall it ourselves.  The painting itself deserves praise, and the project manager provided our full paid receipt and warranty information as requested. However, better attention to detail regarding communication and final cleanup is needed. We were happy to support a business in the Inland Empire.

Our home was built in 1895, so I was nervous about the repainting process. I shouldn't have been. In short, this is an exceptional house painting company. As a local company, they are invested in customer care. Every stage of the process was thoughtful, from the conversations during the estimate visit, through the painting process where the painters clearly took deep pride in their work (with good reason!), through the clean up. The painters were careful and detailed in their work, and left us with solid advice for next steps for our home. The paint itself has held up perfectly through the past 18 months, despite the hefty weather extremes. I can't recommend them more strongly.

While the others seemed like salesmen, Chris was straightforward, but his expertise shined through! He wasn't the cheapest nor the most expensive...just right - like Goldilocks. The painters are all long term employees curated over 30 years and it shows! The crew was 3-5 people and they were very well organized, friendly, and most of all, hard working! The crew lead, Javier, was like a master overseeing his apprentices while working harder than everyone. Chris came on site several times over the week to check on things as well. I was amazed by all the prep work the crew did and well they cleaned up at the end of each day! Chris says the prep work is the most important part painting and it pays to do it right. His experience is vast and helped us select our colors from our finalists along with advising on some other non-painting related work we needed done such as sandblasting, roofing, and gutters. We really felt like we were is good, capable and honest hands! I write very few online reviews...only for truly exceptional service which certainly applies to Exterior Specialists! After being rejected by other…read morepainters who said our house was too tall (it's 2 stories tall) and old we, searched through Yelp. Seeing the high ratings, we decided to hired Chris and his team from Exterior Specialists and are extremely pleased with the results. TL;DR: - Chris and his team are both efficient/ultra fast and skilled at their jobs (finished in a week, half the estimated time, and produced very high quality work) - Great work ethic from his team: on time, flexible, and clean (everything was organized and put away at the end of each day), despite scorching hot weather - Able to repair eaves (whether it be refurbishing or replacing) to be brand new - Chooses highest quality paint and won't get any paint on surfaces you don't want it on (the ground, lights, other decor) - Chris has great taste when it comes to choosing a color scheme for your home More Details: Firstly, Chris has great artistic taste in terms of what colors to choose to best fit your home. Our vision for the project was to refurbish our home to become more modern, which meant choosing a different exterior paint color. Unable to decide which colors to choose, we asked Chris what colors he would recommend. Not only was he able to immediately recommend different colors, but the color scheme he chose for us fitted our home perfectly and was exactly what we had in mind. Chris and his team's work is of the highest quality. Many of our home's eaves had been damaged by termites and needed replacing; many of the wooden boards were not only very high up and hard to reach, but also very large. Yet, he said it was no problems and his carpenters were able to make our eaves look brand new. They even went beyond replacing the badly damaged boards and helped sand and fill in the rest of our eaves! The paint was also of the same level of quality. Chris will help you choose the most premium paint that both looks nice and is more grime resistant than other paints. His painting team is highly skilled: there are no paint bubbles or flakes, no messy streaks or flecks to be seen, and they'll make sure any lights or decorations on the exterior walls are removed or completely covered. The greatest merit of Chris and his team, however, is their work ethic. We were in the middle of a heat dome when they started work, meaning temperatures were in the high 90s to 100s all day. Despite the unpleasant weather, Chris's team would arrive on time every day and work with no complaints. The workspace was always kept clean and organized at the end of each day; upon finishing, they made sure the surrounding area was extra clean. The most surprising thing is, the team was able to finish the project in a week, a whole week faster than the original 2 week estimate! It is amazing how quickly yet masterfully they were able to complete the work in these summer conditions, and we thank them for all their hard work (not to mention that they were able to start work a day or two after Chris's appraisal). His team is also very flexible. We initially weren't planning on repainting our garage since it was newer, but after seeing how it looked with the new colors, we decided we wanted to repaint it as well. Even though they were wrapping up when we asked them, they were able to immediately purchase the needed paint and still finish on the same day! We cannot more highly recommend Exterior Specialists to work on your house: you won't be disappointed!
