Very bad service! We had a vehicle towed and while they were letting it down the guy was raising…read morethe lift instead of lowering it and it's scraped up our low profile vehicle and we have video of it. When we contacted the owner he said that we could bring it to the shop to get it fixed. We were waiting for our vehicle to be repaired so that we could take it there and in the meantime the owner reached out to AAA and said that they did not do the damage so they would not be repairing it. He was rude and they did not take responsibility for the damages that they caused. My son-in-law works at a car dealership and he said that one of their tow drivers scraped up a vehicle that it was dropping off to the dealership. So obviously this is a pattern. Stay away!!!
