Because it is daunting to plan a trip half-way around the world when there is only limited travel information available, I decided to use experts who have actually lived in South Africa AND know what it is like to be a tourist there. They have test driven all their recommendations for safety, comfort, value, and reliability. I have to say that I hit a real home run by picking this company. Everything fell into place from the airport pickup clear though my airport drop-off. In the process, I experienced the trip of a lifetime that far exceeded my expectations which included terrific guided tours of major visitor destinations, scrumptious accommodations, horseback riding through wine country, and a safari experience that knocked my socks off. Plus they made me realize that luxury was not beyond my pocketbook! Using Wild Life Safaris was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Ive been riding Reston buses with my university for now four years…read more I can say with confidence that I DO NOT RECOMMEND any Reston buses for any group. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

I felt very safe on the rides to and from the wineries. Our host and driver were super friendly and treated us like royalty. Prior to arriving at each venue, we were provided some background and things we should know in advance. She more or less herded us from place to place, which was actually quite comforting. I felt very well taken care of AND seen as I was the only one on the tour not drinking, but I was provided water and other beverages over the course of the day. Oh, and the lunch we received was AMAZING. So much food! I had the roast beef BLT, which came with a bag of chips, pasta salad, and a dessert. Definitely recommend!
