When I called Sagy VERY nicely about damages his worker caused in my home, he raised his voice at…read moreme, called me dirty, and told me my photos looked like the room of someone who doesn't clean. No apology, no accountability -- just insults. His worker sanded drywall in my computer room without covering anything. Pieces of drywall got inside every component of every electronic in my room, scratched the top of my record player, and caused egregious damage throughout including my chair's fabric being embedded with bits of drywall. It took me weeks to clean every part of my $7,000 setup that his worker treated like trash. When I confronted Sagy with photos, he denied everything and claimed drywall couldn't damage electronics -- I build computers for a living, so I know that's false. When I told him that, he claimed to be a full on computer engineer himself and said he knew what he was talking about and that there was no way any of my components were damaged. He only argued with me instead of trying to help. I was not personally attacking him and kept my cool while he blew up on me and insulted my cleanliness as a person. I have never been spoken to like this before by a business owner. He sent his worker back with a wet napkin the next day, which made things worse and only reconstituted and spread the drywall further. When I spoke to the worker directly, he admitted everything -- his exact words were "this is what happens when you sand drywall." His own employee confirmed what Sagy spent the entire time denying. I would never trust someone like this in my home again. If anything goes wrong, expect to be lied to and insulted rather than helped.

When I first met Alex, we were in a rather desperate electrical situation. Other electricians that came to see the job simply refused to do it stating it was too complex. Alex didn't hesitate and he was very fairly priced. Since then I have never let anyone else do any electrical work at any of my properties or families properties. I know that, I can trust him and his team to do good work by code. If you have a need for electrical services, whether it's some thing, small or rewiring an entire house, I recommend you use ARC electrical services. I can promise you, you will not be disappointed!

First Tony Fernandez and his son Oliver, rewired our family room ceiling lights changing the configuration to make the room more workable and lighting our wall unit. Then they moved a light switch from inside our master closet to the outside. But the big job they did was to add electric to our backyard by runny new circuits from our electric box along our outside fence to create two outdoor GFI quads for future string lights outside and around our deck. They suggested low voltage lights given the proximity to the pool. In summary, they were great and we'd use them again in a heartbeat. They're delightful, easy to communicate with, very eager to please and, ultimately, competent and professional. I won't hesitate to recommend them for any job, big or small.
