My dad drove into town at 8am and called Tom, one of the head technicians, and told him about the problem. He went back home and about one hour later there was a knock at the door. It was Tom. He had a big smile on his face and said "your well is all ready!" My dad was shocked at how fast Tom responded to the situation AND fixed the problem.
