I LOVE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE…read more... My husband and I own rentals in the Moses Lake area. It's important for us to keep the rentals in good order and of course one of the things we do in between tenants moving in and out is shampoo and thoroughly clean the carpets. We have used Charlie's Carpet & Restoration company for the past 5 years. We call him "Charlie, The Carpet Guy!" Charlie does fantastic work...he can bring an older, not-so-nice carpet back to life and we are consistently pleased with Charlie's outstanding cleaning. He's been able to successfully work wonders with pet accidents and stains plus I like the way he "double extracts" so the carpet dries very quickly after he finishes. He is a specialist when it comes to restoring carpet after a flood or accident. He would definitely be my first phone call for any disastrous accident on our properties. He is trustworthy, has great product knowledge about carpet and can answer questions about carpet care. Plus Charlie is just about the nicest guy around. His aim is to please his customers and he's on time, he moves furniture around for you if necessary and he works efficiently, thoroughly and quickly. By his name you might not think he also cleans carpets...that he only does large disasters...but he's a terrific carpet cleaner..an expert in all areas, he DOES clean residential carpets and he's got the equipment to do the job right the first time! You won't be sorry hiring Charlie's Water and Carpet Restoration to clean your carpet right. Or help you out of any restorative pickle you might be in. For our $, Charlie is our first choice for carpet cleaning!

Agri-Fix didn't have a wheel and tire they could sell us; however, they did have one on a trailer of theirs. When Agri-Fix came to the rescue they let us borrow a tire and wheel. Instead of having us head back to Moses Lake where their shop was, the repair driver followed us to the Les Schwab in Ritzville, where he helped us get set up for the night, removed the wheel and headed back to Moses Lake. I hope to never need this service again; however, we would highly recommend them for your needs. As a side note, the WSP Trooper who stopped to assist said she loved Agri-Fix.
