They were in and out quickly and left us with a great working system. This spring, 2021, we had an issue with the well. The pump was running, but we were getting no water. Turns out, one of the pump bushings on the pipe had stripped and failed and the pipe was out of alignment. Chester responded to our call immediately. He fixed the failed part at no charge (it was under warranty). As usual, he was professional and fixed the issue quickly. Sometimes, despite doing everything right, parts fail. Getting to our well after 47 years took removing two tall trees. The owner referred some help to us for this, the trees were removed and he had a new Well for us in and running the next day! We were super tight with finances and he was empathetic and helpful with our needs. I am still amazed that I found a well driller that does work on a handshake, and does it perfectly. Just visualize the driller pounding through the earth,then a flag shaped triangle of water shooting out of the top of the drill rig. Then when he finally got through the water and hit clay,he stopped the drill, came over and asked us how far we could go and if we would accept 1 gpm! Are you catching on to what Fogles did to us? It is called deep drilling and I told the owner half the county knows how crooked they are and other half needs to learn. They are not allowed on our property for any reason. Shame on them. What a legacy to leave their children whom they wish to turn their business over to.

Call vermillion and you will get, "we have a guy!!! He's not a guy, he's pure gold!!! After you save a few hundred feet of drilling and get a ton of gpm you won't know what to do with yourself! I filled my britches....but to each their own. Also make sure you PERMANENTLY mark the extra location he gives you. Always good to have a backup! As far as well drilling goes...I believed it was the same thing with different contractor names. Couldn't be more wrong! These guys know their stuff!!! Whoops we dug an extra $15,000 worth of feet is NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!! Expect a call when they are out there with a bunch of info. This is on you. I made sure to block my day.
