Stellar service from Robert and Nathan. We needed a whole new panel upgrade in our 1962 house. In…read moretoday's life with so much more plugged in it just made sense. Robert was very helpful with answering our initial questions and understanding what we wanted. It did take a bit longer than I had thought, but the work is excellent! No more worries about hazards. Nathan is an excellent workman and we appreciate him answering our questions as well as helping us identify the breaker zones. I know that is always a challenge for homeowners. Kathy is in the background running the phones, texts and emails, an awesome job to you too! We would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing electrical work done. Worth the wait (our crazy schedule) and cost to have a job well done. Thank you all, we are so very happy!

Our HOA has a very nice entry that's some 30+ years old with nice lighting. Unfortunately, the…read morelighting was failing and had obsolete fixtures and other associated problems. We originally had a time-and-materials proposal from Handyman that could vary anywhere from about $2,100 to $3,400 which was within our budget. Robert came in and suggested he just give us a fixed price (with better fixtures) so there's no confusion. We were fine with that and were pleasantly surprised when his fixed price was at the very low end of the spread we expected. He also had to repair a broken underground line at no added charge and the outcome is better than the original. Robert was great to work with, a very nice guy, and very honest and forthcoming. If needed again, he's on speed dial. Thank, Robert!

Don Kruse has done work for us on 2 occasions on a home in Oroville. I do not recommend this firm…read morefor the following reasons: 1. Untimely performance. On both occasions, the job "fell through the cracks" and ended up taking over a month to complete an hour's work. 2. Poor communication. They don't adequately set or meet expectations regarding performance and do not respond routinely to emails or voicemails. I had to call them repeatedly to find out why work wasn't getting done. 3. Unfair and unreasonable pricing. Our most recent bill was $275 to reroute a circuit (which was a less than ideal solution, as it required a new breaker, but they didn't have the breaker on hand) and to install 1 GFCI outlet. 2.5 hours' time charged at $85 per hour, plus parts, for work that should have cost half that amount. Kruse apparently thinks they are "the only game in town" so they take advantage. And, they may be right -- which is why they can get away with it. From our experience, most of the contractors out that way are either useless or are crooks, so Kruse may actually be better than most. Which is sad.
