Tiger C Construction and Waterproofing company, a friendly father-son business with additional…read moreemployees, was absolutely fantastic for us. After a water main leak, our drain tile failed and our finished basement was ruined. Our house was sitting on inches of water under the foundation slab, which had no way to drain because of our dense clay dirt. On the outside, Tiger C excavated all the way down to the slab, put in a new drain tile, water-proofed the walls, re-worked our guttering, and buried it all back. This was all done without permanently removing our porch, deck, or HVAC. On the inside, they cut a trench in the concrete basement slab and installed a six inch drain line from the center of the house to the exterior. Once opened, hundreds of gallons of water gushed out for several hours. Tiger C was very hard-working, friendly, and courteous. They were conscientious of our property and our needs. Further, they warranted their work, giving us the confidence to rebuild the interior. I could not give Tiger C a stronger recommendation.

We figured out that our county's website has a record of all of the permitted work done in the county in the last 3.5 months, and you can sort by project. It also lists the sq footage of the project and the cost. We could see that Kefficient had done the most permitted projects in our county and they had a fair and competitive price compared to other companies who got their work permitted. We ended up deciding to work with Kefficient. What a world of difference! They quickly got a permit and did the work and had it inspected and it looks great. What a relief after such a poor experience with a different company!

On May 16, 2024 around 3:20 pm, I was traveling on London Bridge Rd from the Great Neck side to…read moreenter the on ramp on I-264. The first vehicle to turn was a Tidewater Caulking truck. Behind the Tidewater Caulking truck was a red Chevy Silverado. Finally, my car a 23 Dodge ScatPack Plus. When the Tidewater Caulking truck turned right, something spilled in the back. The substance was either white or clear. The substance splashed all over the front of the Chevy, and my car caught a misting spray as it hit the ground and was kicked up. My passenger took pictures of the truck and washed my car as soon as I could. The substance left smears/ specks on my clearcoat. I called Tidewater Caulking at 3:59 pm and was told that someone would reach out to me. Of course, no one did. On May 17, 2024, I sent a message through their website and called 3 times for someone to contact me, and no one did. I was able to find Mike O'Connor's name and email address. I emailed him on May 18, 2024 at 1:15 pm. Mr. O'Connor responded to my email on May 19, 2024 at 11:30 pm. In the email, he towed the company line denying that anything like that would occur. He also said for me to call him. I called on May 21, 22, and 23 with no call back. I only asked that my car be polished and waxed to correct the problems or a paint job only if detail did not solve the problem. My advice is not to use this company because they will not accept responsibility for their actions. If they did this to me with pictures. Imagine what they will do to your home or business. Government Agencies should not even consider their bids as serious!
