We placed an order a couple of days before the party because we didn't want to wait in line the day of pick up, and Dana I believe is her name was super helpful and sweet to us. She was generous enough to give us a couple of extra donuts on the house. The day I picked up the donuts I had my boyfriends daughter with me, and she gave her a free sprinkles donut and hot chocolate for it being her bday. Parking is a little tough in this parking structure. Busy plaza with minimal parking spots. You might have to drive around the block before you find a spot. It's close to my husbands work so I will surprise him from time to time with a donut or a sandwich. They are open really early which is great for people who want a bite to eat before work. I really hate coming here. But they are so conveniently located by my house. These girls care nothing about customer service or the quality of food. I order the same thing every time cream cheese muffin and it always has egg shells and they forget to warm it up when I ask. And they aren't friendly.
