Stopped by and ordered the glazed old fashioned. Really glad I did. It had a perfectly crispy outside with a dense, moist inside that was really satisfying. The glaze added just the right amount of sweetness without being too much. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable. I only came to visit because im staying close to the area and i was told by others that went ...that donuts were yummy and service was good. Nope! They are rude and have a very poor attitude. I thought i had dropped an item after walking to it and i politely asked if they had seen it? They looked annoyed and sarcastically gave me a BS excuse of "oh we dont even leave the counter, so we dont know". Ok I let that go and went back to grab my car because i was only stopping by for a donut and juice. I went back inside ordered two donuts and i asked about "beet, apple juice" and once again. The look of annoyance directed at me and "ohh we dont do all of that stuff" u see because there is no price on it. So yeah if it has no price it is not available. Im simply inquiring about it since its my first time here. But nope thats how i got treated. Being the only client in there. I wasnt being difficult at all. I wont recommend this place. I regret not going across the street to a cute little cafe across the street that offers coffee and pastries. The donuts are dry and subpar at best. Dont waste your time and give them any business. Donut queen is by far the best on the west side of the valley and have the absolute best value for the quality donut's. I ordered a variety, and half of the ones I received were chocolate. This is why people always insist on picking their donuts to ensure variety. When you leave it to them, they give you whatever they have too much of. Making it a chocolate twist, donut, and bar doesn't make it variety. It could have included maple, coconut, custard, jelly, etc. When you advertise variety, Include it. read more

I was craving a ham and cheese croissant so bad today so we came here and while I was eating the croissant I kept taking bite after bite looking for the ham or cheese... More than halfway through I finally found a super thin single layer of ham and cheese. Walk in, nice old lady talk to me and I order. $10 minimum for credit card or an extra charge, alright I'll pay cash no problem. Order some glazed, cronuts(hard to find at donut shops), and a Thai tea with boba. I get the donuts, she leaves, starts microwaving something. I think maybe she forgot and started heating herself up some food ok, I'll give it a few minutes, she's old. See she pulled out my boba from the microwave and puts it in a cup and makes my Thai tea. Kinda gross but I was thirsty. Start driving home, taste it, barely any flavor and tastes like the milk is bad. Taste the cronut, not fluffy, tastes like they flattened it with too much dough. Regular glazed donuts were better than some other donut shops though. Tldr: Nice old lady, trash boba and cronuts. read more

Donut Queen is my go-to place for donuts and breakfast sandwiches. They have a big selection of fresh donuts, muffins, and pastries. My son's favorite is the #4 sandwich, which he gets almost once a week. Miss Barbara, who owns the store, is a sweetheart and so accommodating. This is a great little donut shop. The only negative I have is that there are sometimes shady looking people perched outside the 7-11. So, we got the cake sprinkle donut (my personal favorite) and it did not disappoint. Great frosting and a thick little donut. The two donut holes were good, but I did not think they were anything special. The cronut, however, is amazing. I mean it better be for the amount of butter I imagine they drop into that little dough pile. But yeah, it exceeded my wildest dream. My friend and I split the mini cronut (which is only slightly cheaper than the normal). It was great - but I think a little over priced. Next time I would just get the full sized one because I think you get more bang for your buck. read more

The doughnuts are fresh. The cronut was especially unique in flavor. The glaze was airy but could have used a lottle more glaze in my opinion. The coconut vanilla cake doughnut was verry good if you are into cake doughnuts. The flavors were mild and wasnt super sugary dough. The smoothie seemed to b made from fresh fruit and juice and it was great. It's worth it to give Doughnut queen a visit for the cronuts. read more

Who would have thought a little hole in the strip-mall-wall donut shop in Tarzana has the world's best breakfast sandwiches? I wouldn't have. We originally went for donuts but the breakfast sandwiches stole the show. My mouth is still watering! I got the #6 with turkey instead of ham and it was absolutely delicious. If you're a fan of a popular coffee chain's double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich, please check this place out. It's infinitely better. They use fresh eggs that they crack in front of you. The lady in the front was so nice and sweet and patient! I'm pretty sure this is a local business and it's an amazing one at that. Affordable, quick, delicious. You will not regret this. Great spot for a variety of quick tasty donuts. I'm visiting here and my family decided to stop by and get some food. They have donuts, hot and cold sandwiches, Milks, OJ and much more. The staff was really friendly and got us in and out the door fast I got he Nutella donut since I've never had one like it and it was super tasty. I love this place! I stop here about once a month to get a dozen or so donuts for my ungrateful office mates. While doing that, I typically get myself one of their sandwiches... which are great! Don't get me wrong, their donuts are top notch as well. The ladies that run it are also super nice and quickly remember you. Their coffee is surprisingly good as well.
