Tried to buy me over with offering…read moreme a discount for a review and if that's not enough the women kept ringing my partner up and practically begging for me to come back!! I've never seen any business to behave so cheaply and low in this manner! Not to mention getting so personal. Not very genuine people, nothing but horrible and manipulative liars with no knowledge in this trade one bit...better off going elsewhere #bushey #busheyheath #busheyvillage #stanmore #aldenham #watford #watfordheath #oxhey #Oxheyvillage #southoxhey

Absolutely appalling customer service! I took my Barbour…read morejacket to Bushey Exquisite to be dry cleaned and re-waxed a couple of weeks ago, and was informed that they don't do this service in house but have a specialist company they can send the jacket off to. I pointed out a few stains (acrylic paint) that I wanted them to remove before re-waxing and was told they would look at them for me. I left the jacket with them for roughly two weeks (due to work) and when I was finally able to collect my jacket, it was poorly done. The fake fur hood was covered in greasy wax and the paint was not only still on my jacket but was now set into the fabric with a layer of wax! After pointing these out to the receptionist (who seemed to be overly happy with this poor service) advised me to machine wash the fake fur hood at home. Which I did - twice! - and still the fake fur hood was greasy. I took both the fake fur hood and coat back to the dry cleaners a week later to explain that I was totally unhappy with this service, that I had paid £55 for! The young boy at the desk couldn't help me but rang the receptionist (who I had dealt with before), I was on the phone to her for about 15 minutes where she was patronising and incredibly rude. She told me to leave the hood to be re-cleaned, but I left both the jacket and hood as I was wanting her to fix both issues. I called the Dry cleaners over a week after I had left the jacket there a second time where the receptionist informed me that the hood had been cleaned and was back to normal but she had not even attempted to get the paint stains out of my coat. She was again patronising, incredibly rude and would not let me speak on the phone. I asked to be compensated for the poor service and damage of my £400 Barbour jacket but was told that I would only be issued a £10 gift card for their establishment! Which I will never use again and will tell people to avoid in the future.

Nan is the best person on the planet. I tell Nan dirty jokes, confide in her and take care of her on Sundays. Nan is the best. Nan uses Shopmobility as an alternative to using her scooter when it is hard to park in the other car park. She rode her first scooter here and used to rent wheelchairs from here as well, before she got her own. Shopmobility doesn't charge for scooter rental but you need to bring the scooter back for a certain time. You can rent a wheelchair here for under 5 pounds per day. Shopmobility is not open Sundays. If you are considering taking your Nan or someone disabled out for the day and they do not have their own scooter, consider Shopmobility.
