Since then I've volunteered in the shop and gained invaluable knowledge from Ian, Peter and Gordon. I've also joined the guys on their social rides and got so much fitter with the help of Georgia. Kate and Fiona really know what they're doing here and they offer the full package for a cyclist. Now my review is a 5 star review with sprinkles on top!

Peace Hospice Shop is right on the High street in the centre of town…read more In dear old Watford, we don't have a vintage clothing shops but we do have many charity thrift clothes shops Peace Hospice being one of them. They sells women and men clothes....I myself have donated a bag and I've seen my former cast off for sell. My mum got a really good quality jackets from their for a bout a tenner! They also sell books, video cassettes, bags and jewellery . They have a café further back in the shop as well. They need to sort out the musty smell they have in the shop but other then that the shop is neat and tidy and you can find some quality stuff.

But I had lots of questions about the condition which I did not get answered in my session with the consultant on the NHS. I found the cardiomyopathy association website http://www.cardiomyopathy.org/ which has great information on it. There is a forum where I have asked many questions and got a lot of answers an support from. They also do a lot of fund raising on the website. My wife is running the London marathon and going to raise money for Cardiomyopathy. It provides a great online community and support function for many people. If you have or know anyone with cardiomyopathy give them the website address.
