I was trying to look for a cleaner while my…read moreregular cleaner is away on maternity leave and came across this company when a friend shared this company's information on social media. I sent a message and never got a response back. I tried contacting via phone and received a response a few days later. I spoke on the phone with the lady and she asked that she could give me a quote by coming out to my place or by looking at pictures of my house. She told me she would give me a quote by 5pm. She never did and I tried to contact her again and she never responded. This review is more of a feedback to the owner of this company. As consumers we're looking for trustworthy service and the actions I just described are not it. Thankfully I did find a cleaner that was prompt and responsible. Update: In response to the owner's response. You did not tell me that you could not do it for that price. You asked me if the majority of the scope of work was just dusting to which I responded that it was. You still told me that you would send me a quote. Zero credibility for what you just responded. I also asked for references and you didn't respond to that either.

I can't rely 100% on my own limited experience. David Mitroff (the man in the picture) was extremely generous with his time over the phone.
