The service tech literally walked off the job after having non-stop conversations with Kelley the entire time he was in our home, all of 20 minutes. He showed up earlier than the text stated, and then didn't complete the job. Also, BMS reduced their workers insurance coverage and no longer moves any items to clean under like the original owners did. I was incredibly disappointed to learn it wasn't managed by Dave and his wife any longer. The level of professionalism and customer service is nothing like they provided in the past. And the new owners aren't forthright in telling you it's under new management. It's "oh, the system has been upgraded, let's get your information put back in" when you call to schedule as a repeat customer of Dave's. And, be sure, if you do use them, to pay at the time of service or you get some money desperate jacked up legal team in NJ threatening you with passive aggressive commentary in group messages within a week.

The two companies before Pro carpet cleaners made stuff smell nice, but the stains were still very visible in high traffic areas and almost seemed worse a few months after they were cleaned. Also, their long hose attached to the van leaked a line of chemical across our front lawn killing grass. Bill showed up in a Prius and changed all that. His equipment was smaller and environmentally safe. He spent extra time to get some stains out, explained some of the chemistry behind his methods and was extremely thorough. He let me borrow his fans for a few days after to dry the carpets out and came back and did a quality control check after everything was dry. Thanks Bill!

When I told them I planned to install the carpet myself--without really knowing how much work it would be--they went above and beyond. They lent me the tools, took the time to teach me what to do, and have just been incredible throughout the whole process. I can't recommend them highly enough--this is THE place to go for flooring. All their products are high quality, but if you're on a budget like I am, they also have sale items that are comparable to (or even cheaper than) Home Depot. Great Service, great price…read more Jason and his wife do an excellent job of providing great service as well as a very competitive price. We had them clean the carpets in our condo (they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed 4 years ago). It took Jason a couple of hours to clean several rooms and 3 flights of stairs. When her was finished, the carpets looked brand new, AND they were dry enough to put furniture back after about 5 hours. Excellent work ethic and will definitely use them again.
